Though I had to fight with my door and lift it to get the door locked I was able. My keys didn’t want to work half the time either but the customer service I received from that was great. "Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Property seemed to be under construction in some areas, but overall very clean and nice. It's a little bit of a walk to the Bar Harbor shops and restaurants (25 minute walk/3 minute drive), but parking is free and so is breakfast! There is a restaurant on site that we did not eat at, so I can't review, but the breakfast was good and convenient (hot & cold choices). Hotel is right off the beach; highly recommend splurging for the ocean view!"

Luke was super accomodating and provided us with pack n plays and a high chair, and was also very responsive.
