"Location was good but check in was difficult over the phone. I was disappointed to find our bathroom was not in our room and was in fact down the hall. The beds were hard and uncomfortable, there was no mirror in the room and no plug sockets next to the bed. The kitchen was clean but there was no wine opener or chopping boards. "

"Nice family accommodation in a great location. Safe, quiet and walkable. Good breakfast, very friendly staff, parking available for a fee. Unfortunate sewer smell in our room though. "The receptionist was exceptional. Unfortunately did not get his name(he had a beard) but he went out of his way for us. Printed off instructions and photos for the local shop to purchase airport tickets. Extremely welcoming and both professional and friendly. Recommend a particular local wine,which was exquisite. Breakfast was very pleasant Slightly old fashioned hotel. But there is a charm in that itself"
