"The staff were very efficient ie they managed to book my airport collection whilst I was embarking on the plane perhaps 24hrs only isn't a good policy but was able to book the return shuttle days in advance. "I recently had a great stay at this hotel. The free valet parking and smooth check-in/check-out process were very convenient. We booked a 2-bedroom apartment which was huge and nicely furnished, complete with a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a living room. Although the room could have been cleaned better, it was still good overall. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again for its spacious accommodations and convenience."
