"The staff were very efficient ie they managed to book my airport collection whilst I was embarking on the plane perhaps 24hrs only isn't a good policy but was able to book the return shuttle days in advance. "Exceptional hotel, really fantastic with great restaurants and amenities, room with sea view and balcony was pretty awesome, very comfortable with everything you needed on hand, the hotel was absolutely spotless and staff were very friendly and helpful, the pool and beach areas were kept to a very high standard just like the rest of the hotel, I can totally recommend the Kempinski and I’m sure we will be back, thanks for some great memories "
