"Every thing was good. Greeted as soon as we walked up the front desk. Staffs were nice and the room we got was clean, smelt good, organized - any comments from me would all be positive. Out of all the hotels, I’ve been in, this would be in my top 10."

"Front staff was very friendly and helpful. Easy access to the metro. Great shopping and restaurants nearby. We were upgraded to a junior suite at no extra cost. Very nice room! Housekeeping was adequate."

"We had a lovely 3-night stay for my husbands birthday. We were unhappy with our assigned room (required two separate elevators and was very dark with small windows) and they graciously accommodated a room change and a complementary split of champagne! (I had mentioned my husband’s birthday.). Service was excellent throughout the weekend and our room was lovely. Merci!"

"Our stay was really nice, the staff was friendly with great hospitality and customer service! The building is old but very well maintained, the swimming pool was clean and the staff were attentive. The restaurant downstairs offers excellent dining experience. Our outside view from the room was beautiful! We highly recommended! "
