"Georgous old building and the room was huge with 20ft ceilings. great bed and quiet which was surprising being next to main road. minor issue is the breakfast was alacarte not buffet and the waitress couldn't understand what filtered coffee was??? i will stay again"

"Fawlty Towers ain't got mothing on this chaos! Clueless guy on reception couldn't find any reservations. Fire alarm sounded repeatedly. Garage door went psycho. Pool was out of order. Plaster hanging off the verandah ceiling. If you want comedy of the absurd this is your place otherwise avoid."

"Love this hotel and have stayed many times. Unfortunately our room had a shower over the bath which we’ve never had before when staying, always walk in shower. This was difficult for my husband due to knee problems. Suggest checking if this may also be difficult for you. When mentioned to reception at check out we were told they would have changed our room if we had told them. "
