"The floors in our room were sandy, no lifts or ramps to our room meant carrying prams and babies up stairs with no bellboy offer, no spare blankets in room, can very clearly hear noise on neighbours balcony and outside of the rooms door. All staff were awesome. Breakfast was awesome- although all baked goods were stale. Coffee purchased at breakfast was so SO good. Overall an acceptable family holiday spot and would probably return. The kids loved the kanagroos. the whole property feels...

I arrived late and was escorted to the East Tower internally where my apartment was situated. "Very nice and spacious apartment. There is dinning, living room and balcony area. There are dryer and washing machine as well. Nice view and it is short walking distance to the beach. Daily cleaning service provided. Car parking is easy. Some area to touch up such as shower holder fall off and kitchen light to be changed but just give a ring and their handyman will come and fix it. Overall it is a Comfortable stay. Highly recommended."
