On arrival, our family suite was clean and well presented. It had all the necessities such as full kitchen, washer, dryer and outdoor amenities. Woolworths and pharmacy is a short 5min walk down the road which made things super convenient. The staff are very friendly and notified us when our room was ready for check in. Would definitely recommend and book here again next time we are in the Gold coast.

The pools and slides were fantastic and a real highlight for the kids. The facilities for families are definitely a strong point of the resort. The room itself was quite dated. We also noticed a few cockroaches in the room. Overall we had fun but probably will not return.
