Unfortunately you can't regulate the heating and it was unbearable the first night, added to the heat was the noise of traffic outside, we were told we could turn it off completely, but there was no handle to do so, when the maintenance person arrived he was surprised to see there wasn't a handle nor on the bathroom heater either, but that one was turnedd off.
