Excellent boutique property. Wonderful rooms, great views, attentive staff, nice restaurant. Our deluxe room had a sauna and steam shower. The hotel has a heated pool and access to a beach on Lake Nahuel Hapi.

Beautiful views. Very relaxing. Had a 2 bedroom suite. Great breakfast. Wonderful desk staff, especially Daniel. 2nd time staying at property. Adding a new building which will be amazing once finished but under construction for now. A couple of restaurants in walkable location but need transportation to get into town.

The hotel is lovely; we stayed in one of the casitas that had a living room with fireplace, kitchen, bedroom and bath. Think large wooden beams like a forest cottage. The views out our windows were of the lake and mountains beyond. The hotel has an outdoor pool, sauna and hot tub. The dining room is the same wooden beam design with a large fireplace and great views. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I loved everything about this place, from the helpful, attentive service to the stunning gardens. We used the jacuzzi and steam shower every night after a day of sightseeing. I recommend this place as part of a restful follow-up to the animation and intensity of Buenos Aires.

This was perhaps the finest facility we have ever experienced in our extensive travels around the world. Room was a spacious 500 sf., with separate sitting/dining area, kitchenette, outdoor deck with fabulous views of lake and mountains, jacuzzi tub, sauna, wood-burning stove, etc., etc. Too many special amenities to name. Our suite was clean, spacious and had many amenities. A mini fridge, microwave, sauna, whirlpool tub and steam shower. The view from the room was spectacular and we enjoyed gazing out the window at the view of the lake and mountains. The breakfast buffet had a variety of foods and also made to order options. The hotel is about a 15 minute drive to the centre of town. Flavio, at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. It’s a beautiful place to stay!
