"If we could give 6 stars we would !! Amazing hotel with amazing staff. Had such a memorable stay, everything at this hotel is top quality and was way beyond our expectations. Thank you Raffles !!!!"

"The overall experience was quite good. Three items prevented our rating from a 10. First, the numerous power outages that caused stoppage of elevators. Second, the room was nice but larger suitcases had difficulty in the space. Third, the shower hot water was not sufficiently hot although the sink was perfectly fine. If those items can be corrected you would get a 10 rating from us."

"Easy walk from MRT. Room is big at its price. Black-out curtain. Sound-proofing could be better but it’s understandable as the building is not new. Overall very good. "

"Overall it's very good. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was tastefully decorated and well-equipped with amenities. Espresso maker was appreciated. Just a bit noise from upstairs during the night when people returned from their night out"

"Rooms were clean altough a little dated. Family room only has 3 beds for 2 adults and 2 children. Close to MRT and bus stops and close to Bugis Junction."
