"We would have loved to seen/received the VIP amenities promised but we didn't get any of the,. We arrived at the hotel early and were told there was no upgraded rooms and no such VIP amenities. "Been back many times. Great for a family with 2 queen beds and garden view. Beach is fab and also enjoyed the gym.."
