"A welcome bonus when we arrived at the station was the host picked us up and drove to the accommodation. Very clean & private in a good location. Close to shops and not far from old town. Host was very helpful providing local guidance. On booking, host sends direct email (which we missed) outlining special conditions including required deposit on arrival. "Overall the property was okay, although the toilet is in an enclosed balcony of sorts in the back with no heating so as it was Feb. it was a bit chilly. Also, the lights in the entryway didn't turn on when I clicked the switch; I tried several times and never got them to turn on. It was extremely dark climbing the stairs and felt unsafe. Even so, I'd recommend the flat as it was comfortable, convenient, and good value."

"Pros: great location, excellent bathroom and good kitchen. The host, Isabelle, was kind and helpful. Cons: we were disappointed that the apartment had no WiFi. (The listing, when we booked early, said it did). You should know the bed is in the living room, like you would find in a studio. We did not use the sofa bed, but the sofa was a little uncomfortable to sit on. Overall, a pretty good stay for two. Check the restaurant directly across the street- fantastic."

"Nous avons passé un excellent sejour dans un appartement spacieux, lumineux, propre et fonctionnel, bonne literie également. A 10 min a pieds d'intra-muros et deux min de la plage des Sablons, beau sentier de randonnée. Très calme. Merci à Soizic pour sa bienveillance et à Mme Bonenfant qui vous mettent à l'aise et qui anticipent les mesures d'arrivée et de départ de manière efficace en fonction de leurs locataires. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir."

"Our 2 families had a great stay. The apartment had everything we needed and the location was very central and walkable to the beach, all sites and restaurants and shopping. It was nice to have linens and towels included and the kids loved the bunk beds."

"The location was excellent. Close to the beach and old town but easy to drive to and quiet at night. The apartment was a good size with a larger kitchen that was well stocked. Private parking in the underground parkade was great. Sylvia met us at the apartment for check in and was very helpful. We will definitely recommend this place."

"We loved our time in ST Malo. Our host couldn't have been more accommodating. The apartment was very comfortable, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. It is a short walk to the old city but has several restaurants close by. The best part no doubt is the view of the sea. The first night we came back from dinner sat at the picture window and enjoyed a beautiful and colorful sunset. Spectacular."

"The property was in a great location in the old town. Close to many shops and restaurants. The apartment was very clean! Also, the the double pained windows kept the apartment very quiet. There is no view, but that was okay. Plenty of light from the windows. Unfortunately, there was no parking close by. We had to go outside the town for parking. We had to pay for each day and often it was still difficult. We loved all the things to do and see. Lovely beaches and beautiful scenery. The person who...

"L'appartement est bien situé, le comfort suffisant, le silence reigne dans l'immeuble et la place de parking au sous-sol en accés direct est très apprèciable. Le quartier est nouveau donc encore en travaux mais, cela ne génére aucun désagrément. Si marcher ne vous pose pas de problème, le centre ville et les ballades en bord deplage sont facilement accessibles."
