"We quite liked this property. It is in a quiet neighbourhood just off the main road into Dinard. A good location for visiting St Malo and Cancale. The house remained cool in the days where the temperature exceeded 30c. All the facilities worked, dishwasher, cooker and washing machine. The only failing was the lack of Wi Fi. "We couldn't actually make it to our booking unfortunately. But my cousin who were supposed to meet did make it and says she enjoyed the stay. From what we have been told, and the photos we saw, it sounds like the house is perfectly located close to the beach and town and is a good size with all the ameneties you would need. "The house and garden are lovely, and the pool is excellent. The house has a homely feel, though possibly with a few too many ornaments if you have very young children. It was clearly a very high-spec house back in the day, but could do with a refresh, particularly in the kitchen. Note that if you have a large or long or low car, you many scrape the underside when entering to use the driveway, but there is handy parking at the town square - just as well as there was a car in the low garage...
