"Everyone at the front desk was amazing but the room could use some attention. The ceiling in the bathroom had peeling paint falling off and landing all over everything. An exhaust fan would probably fix this problem. The curtains were very dirty...had food or something smeared all over them. Safety guard across the window had peeling paint on it. Extra whole had been drilled in the vent in the bathroom, not sure what that for but we plugged it just in case. Will not allow me to attach...

"Location, location, location...This is the Best spot if you are looking to really get absorbed in down town St. Louis. You can walk to almost anywhere. It was perfect for a long weekend getaway! The staff at this facility really make you feel welcome and they go out of their way to accommodate all of your requests. The restaurant was convenient and the food and service were outstanding. Even the Sports Bar was exceptional. We will stay here again."

"Unfortunately the pipes froze and broke right before we arrived at the hotel but the staff was amazing and relocated us and provided transportation to our new hotel. They went above and beyond and couldn’t have been nicer in spite of the challenging conditions that they were facing. We were sorry not to stay there but will try again next time we’re in town."
