Our concert hotel.

All the staff, as soon as we walked in the door, was friendly and helpful. The person checking us in asked us about what we were doing and our travel. I thought that was super nice. The room was everything we needed for our one night stay. This was our 2nd or 3rd time staying at this hotel. This time there wasn't any fruit in the water in the lobby but we will look over that. 😀 my kids loved the fruit in the water the last time we stayed. Our room was away from any noise and the black put curtains were great the modning after our concert.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Some other guests were smoking weed inside somewhere as our room and hallway had the smell really bad. But nothing hotel can control. Some people just don’t care about being courteous to others.

The gentleman that checked us in was wonderful!!! He was so friendly and helpful in directing us around downtown St. Louis and answering all of our questions about restaurants, Uber, and safety. We will definitely stay here again when visiting St. Louis.

Great stay

Great location - close to the Union Train Station where my event was located. Very clean hotel, staff was great. Limited menu but just perfect for a quick 2 night biz trip. My room on 4th floor seemed to have a slight ant problem but these things don't bother me too much.

They will charge you to park.

No breakfast, no pool and they CHARGE YOU TO PARK! Otherwise, one of the most comfortable beds and pillows I have ever slept on. Room was clean and quiet and location was centrally located with friendly staff.
