"Great location, very central to all amenities. However, we have never had such a noisy room. All windows were closed but the outside buzzing from pedestrian crossing was nearly constant, plus there was a periodic buzzing that went on ALL night. Hard to get a good sleep without earplugs."

"This is a beautiful hotel with a great bar and restaurant. The rooms are so spacious and comfortable . The coffee provided for the room is actually good and they offer real half and half in their fridge for your coffee. Water is also provided. You can walk everywhere in downtown Vancouver from here. The service is also great! Highly recommend if you are staying in Vancouver. It’s also a 10 minute or less taxi to the cruise terminal if you’re going on a cruis! "

"Great stay for a quick vacay in Vancouver. From check in to check out, the staff was nothing but helpful and polite. We had a very clean and spacious room that would have been serviced everyday, although we didn't want that. The amenities were great. We enjoyed the fitness center and pool almost everyday, although it rained all the time (but it's fine if you're sitting in the hot tub).
