"Our stay at the hotel. Staff food friendliness etc was excellent. My stay as a disabled person was not. The disabled access room was last on the corridor. This is a regular occurrence at hotels. If you are not bringing you scooter due to flight restrictions etc the length you walk can be critical to the success. There was no disabled / family changing at the pool. Limited seating and although direct access through staff entrance would have greatly reduced the walk and risk of slipping it was...

"Liked the clean room with modern decor, good wifi, quiet, comfortable bed with bedside plug. Usb ports by TV. Excellent shower. Tea and coffee facilities with large kettle. Convenient area opposite my conference venue at Intercontinental. Windows open and air con worked well. Friendly staff. "
