The Hotel was great in the most part, however, the room was incredibly hot on our stay and there is no air conditioning and the room temperature was unbearable. The window, open only let more hot air in. Also early in the morning I had no hot water to save in readiness for our early morning Ferry sailing. We ordered room service that was prompt and the food was great. Check in and check out was easy and the staff were very helpful.

Very comfortable and clean room with everything you could want. Quiet area. Staff very pleasant. There is a bus stop across the road where you can catch the G1 bus into the centre of Dublin - takes less than half an hour. Also just a few minutes walk from Park West station - although the trains were not very frequent. It would have been nice to have more bar snacks available. Also, would have liked to have soda bread at breakfast.

This property is near the train & bus stop which makes it easy to get into the centre. However, the staff are rude and unhelpful. I asked where a shop was and they did not know. I went for food in the restaurant where the male server (in a shirt & ties) was rude and was very blunt. I went for a diary free meal (due to allergies) and the meal was topped with a blue cheese sauce even though their menu showed it was dairy free. The same server who dealt with us dealt with this and replied "well it is done now so nothing I can do, I am not a doctor". Seems like the staff are extremely unhappy and take it out on the customers.

This is a modern property in a commercial park on the main ring road just outside Dublin, 15 minutes from Dublin airport. Good-sized rooms, friendly staff, and a decent on-site cafe, but there are few amenities in the immediate area and it´s a long way into the city if you don´t have a car. Having said that, it´s good value for money for short business stays or in transit to or from the airport. I´ll stay there again.

Nice comfortable hotel. Very quiet room and slept well. Only downside was no room service but would stay again
