Staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. Room was very clean, but the decorative bed coverings were a bit threadworn. The bed was extremly comfortable and linens very clean and fresh. The tub faucet was also missing the trim for "hot" and "cold". But the showers' water pressure was excellent and plenty of hot water always available.
Only drawback was occassional noise issues from other guests and some morning noise from housekeeping while they were staging in the corridor outside the room. I was never interrupted by any noise between midnight and 6-7 am however, so sleeping wasn't an issue.
Also, breakfast is at extra charge and a bit spendy. For the price, IMHO at Ieast a basic breakfast should be included.
Public transport (bus service) is very close by, and if you buy a card "Leap Card" fares are reasonable and easy to refill the card at many locations.
Other minor quibble: no pool or hot tub/spa at this property, they do have a small gym that may cost extra, or you have to get the key at front desk, as my room key would not open it. Also, no laundry facility provided at the hotel (I guess this is common over here) but very close by is an outdoor launderette that is self service, will do pretty large loads, but will cost you at least 12 euros for one load. (About $16 USD.)
Overall a good hotel with a three star rating. Will be staying at their sister property upon my return to Dublin.
