Clean & modern hotel, however I cannot understand why there are beats being played in the lobby, this was not relaxing at all.
Breakfast has a good selection, but hot buffet was being served on freezing cold plates.
Very limited parking.
Pillows are very uncomfortable.

Room very dated. Window wouldn’t stay open. Bathroom door wasn’t cleaned.
Staff unable to book a taxi twice.’saying we missed it. When no taxis pulled up.
Jacuzzi not working or not in use. Should be said before book.

Okay stay in a good location
It was so-so. Soap dispenser was empty on arrival. We found crumbs in the bed sheet and don’t think it was laundered before we arrived. That’s a problem.
Location is great, close to tourist activity but not too close. Room was fairly small for the rate, which makes it feel overpriced.

The lobby is nice and the location is good but it’s just the attention to detail that this place misses compared to other 4 star hotels. The rooms are incredibly basic for the price you pay and for a 4 star hotel a bit shocking. It’s the bare minimum of a hotel room. We were surprised that they didn’t have robes and slippers in the room as most nice hotels do. When we went down to use the pool we saw other people who had them so we thought maybe they just forgot to put them in our room. When I went to reception to ask about it I believe I was lied to as she told me that the only rooms that get robes and slippers are family or executive suites. I told her that we saw several couples at the pool wearing robes and she just told me they’d sent them up to the room along with conditioner as the bottle in our shower was empty. 6 hours went by and no conditioner or robes and slippers. Again just tiny little things that other 4 star hotels would do for you with no problem. The breakfast was, in my opinion, not edible. My eggs were rubbery and there were really no other choices besides the typical full Irish. I saw someone order porridge, had I known I had that option I would have done that but I wasn’t aware until I saw it on my out. The food in the restaurant is also very basic and the menu choices and quality of the food is just not what you would expect it to be. Hot tub also seems to be closed permanently they need to make sure customers are aware of that as we were misled online
Very accommodating managed to check in early to accommodate my early flight into Dublin. Very well equipped gym. It was a shame the hot tub was under refurbishment but that was the only downside to the entire experience
Modern and clean hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Handy location for Convention Centre, Connolly Station and very close to Laus stop for easy access to city centre (also walkable along the Liffey)
Hotel qas comfortable, staff was friendly and efficient. Restaurant was good, trolley to all attractions was a two minute walk.
Room was quiet and spacious for a European room
