The staff were friendly and helpful, despite the hotel being jam packed. The hotel itself is clean but the noise levels are very high. We were kept up most of the night by other guests, beside, above and below. No soundproofing whatsoever.

Nice hotel, great breakfast. The rooms were clean and spacious and were nice to be in (ambience and decor). We were in a room in a new annexe to the hotel, which seemed to be another property at the back of the original hotel. It was a bit of a trek to get to the room (up one lift a long corridor walk, then down another lift to then look for our room). As a result our room was close to a back alley, which was noisey with delivery trucks and drunk arguing on thier way home, which hsppened every night. I think if we had if been in a different room away from this, our scores for this hotel would be nearly perfect.

Staff polite and helpful. Long walk to room so if you have a disability, make sure you let them know in advance. Area around hotel slightly shabby but very convenient for walking into town.

The location of this Hotel is great! Busses and trams literally stop just outside. Plenty of bars and restaurants around too. Very convenient when coming in from Dublin Airport! Entering the hotel is wonderful. Look up!! The ceiling has gorgeous glass shades in all colours. Spectacular. Our room was on floor 6. The lift only goes to floor 5 so we had to exit lift there, walk half way along the 5th floor corridor to the stairs, walk up two half flights, then, walk the full length of the 6th floor to our room (618).......If you're at all mobility limited don't accept a 6th floor room. The room itself was lovely though. Very spacious, beds incredibly comfortable, lovely double sink bathroom with walk in rainfall shower. Room was cleaned everyday, bedding and towels freshly laundered, and tea/coffees replenished. Housekeeping staff were fabulous! A special shout out to Maria who sorted the heating/AC setting in our room one early evening when we came back to dump our shopping! She was brilliant, so helpful and friendly! We had full breakfast, which was fantastic, every morning except on our day. That day we were provided a packed breakfast.......very basic sadly. 2 small wrapped cakes, a cereal bar, a carton of orange and an apple. That aside, I'd definitely recommend the Gresham and would absolutely stay again!

Complimentary breakfast was very good as there was a good variety of food items to choose from. The building layout is a little odd as it appears to be two connected buildings and finding your room the first time is confusing. Also the elevator access is not convenient because of this layout. But overall, good hotel and location. Murray’s pub next door is excellant for food and nightly live Irish music.

Complementary breakfast is fantastic. Property is going through a renovation and our room was very eco-friendly and lovely. However, we booked two rooms. One of our rooms was supposed to be two queen beds. When we arrived, it was one bed and a sofa. Not what we paid for. Also, we had to take two different elevators and long walk to get to our room. A bit convoluted. No parking onsite, we had to drive 2k to a parking garage and we were told the parking cost would be validated. It wasn’t. Location is OK. Safe but across the river from all of the big sites in Dublin.

This hotel I in an amazing area if you want to stay away from the temple bar area. Very walkable to all the nearby attractions. Breakfast is amazing. Hotel is a little outdated however they were renovating so hopefully it’s improved. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was in a great location easy access to sights and shops. Area known to not be the safest. We were cautious when out and about.saw no trouble. Room in hotel was a great size. Decor was dated. Lino on the floors. Breakfast was v good. Staff v nice.
