Parking was a bit hard to find but it’s gated and was very safe | Out toilet was broken when we checked in but the staff was very accommodating and moved us to a new room no questions asked, she also provided us with complimentary breakfast the next morning, it was very nice. | The rooms are small but clean, I would recommend this property.

Fantastic accommodation

My forth stay at the Pembroke and a great surprise they have started doing a hot breakfast so a full Irish was served twice during my 4 night stay along with still offering a continental breakfast. Great location for buisness trip and pubs just down the road at the end of the day will definitely be back.

The staff at this were incredible. No request went unanswered and they went the extra mile in every way. It felt so welcoming and homely and was reminiscent of service and comfort and luxury from another era. The rooms were charming and having a heavy key that reception takes care of was a joy! The area was peacefyl yet close enough to walk to Grafton and all the attractions. Loved this hotel. Must also mention the free tea and coffee and house made croissants available all day!!! Overall, good stay

Beautiful lobby. Good location. Love the complimentary wine in the evening and pastries in the morning. Everything was clean and nicely appointed. The snug room is small. Unfortunately, it was quite warm and there is no AC so we left our window open. As our room location was on the ground floor near the parking lot there was a lot of noise.

The check in area simply lovely, relaxing and staff superb. Sitting room a boon as rooms are small. Excellent complimentary coffee tea and croissants available, which we very much appreciated as we were advised no room in the dining room for breakfast. We booked a loft room, which is ideal if u have a third person who is staying in your room, but did not enhance general space as bed in sleeping area was constrained, not enough room to swing a cat.That said lovely area, lovely staff and overall reasonably comfortable.

Staff was really amazing. But no AC, and windows are street facing with lots of road noise. Free parking in the back as long as it’s not full already. Really NO food options close by…. And minimal “real” food in hotel - had chips and sodas for purchase. Free breakfast was not good. Better off eating the free coffee and pasteries Available in lobby.
