Liked king-sized beds and airport shuttle bus. Staff in the bar/restaurant were terrible. Left people standing waiting to be seated for at least 10 minutes while they continually walked by without any acknowledgement that six people were standing right by them, three feet away.

Our main issue with our room was the unbearable heat in the apartment. The place had no AC (other than portable units that had no proper exhaust, so less than useless) and the air temp was over 30 degrees celcius. any kind of proper sleep was impossible. One of the most uncomfortable nights I have spent in a hotel, ever. The property did well to accomodate a special cleaning request to use hypoallergenic products and laundry detergents but meant we had to wait nearly a hour to check in.

Nice enough and convenient for the airport. Breakfast wasn’t included so expensive for 2 nights compared with the subsequent 3 nights stays in super accommodation in Singapore & Bali.

We stayed one night to have convenient transportation to and from the airport. The room was wonderful as was staff. We ate in the restaurant… food was just ok (not great). We did, however love the staff there. Drinks were great!!
