The Grafton staff was amazing! We were so pleased with the property and the people that we decided to stay again later in the trip. The property is located in the heart of Grafton St which is close to some of the best and oldest Pubs in Dublin. Excellent dining and an old school bar within the hotel. Very pleased and would recommend to anyone planning to visit Dublin.

It was the quietest hotel room I have had in my entire life … and I have traveled quite a bit in 63 years! You could not hear people in other rooms or in the hallways. You could not hear ANY outside noise … it was like atomb in that respect. Awesome!

The Grafton hotel was perfect for many restaurants, pubs and shopping just steps away. The service from every staff member was outstanding, especially from Gary. Always greeting us as we arrived back at the hotel and attentive to any of our needs.

The hotel was in a great location. Close to everything. The front desk clerks were spot on with their dining and sight seeing recommendations. There was a young girl who worked at the coffee stand that was very nice as well. She made great coffees and the pastries were excellent for a quick breakfast. We also ate in the bar there. The food was excellent. And the bartenders were craftsmen with their skills of cocktail making. You could see great pride was taken in every cocktail they crafted. Very impressive! Would absolutely stay here again if we are in Dublin.

The staff was incredible and Noel was above and beyond. I loved having an Americano in the morning in the lobby. It was extremely efficient but the service was impeccable. I would definitely go back and recommend others

Loved staying here. I love the concept of having the bathroom separated - shower/sink in one room and toilet/sink in another room. Didn't care much for the breakfast buffet, but everything else was awesome. Would absolutely stay here again and most likely will.

The Grafton was perfect for our family 6. Grandparents to older teenagers everyone had a terrific time. The property is close walking distance to shopping, bars restaurants, something for everyone. Bambino Pizza directly across the street- highly recommend. Will definitely book again on our next visit to Dublin.
