Despite the misleading property photos showing a receptionist etc, there ae no staff onsite. Stinks of tobacco, stained carpet in room....

No 9 Rathgar was an unpleasant experience. The pictures did not accurately depict our room. There were bugs, hair from previous guests and stains on the sheets. I have pictures of it all. Do not recommend staying at no 9 Rathgar

Excellent value for money. Spotlessly clean with towels, fridge, kettle and even an espresso machine - very impressed! Even able to park the car for free! Can't understand why some people have left bad reviews - I'd stay again.

The property is in a very nice location south of the city and there is several bus stops with in a 5-10 minute walk from the property. The rooms are ok, not bad but not really the cleanest. There is no staff on property except to clean up after checkout. The check in process is very easy without having staff on the property.

HMO type setup. Half a toilet roll supplied. Had to walk to local shop in the morning to buy some. Sink blocked and very slow to drain. 'Reception' completely unmanned. Massive cobwebs. Hand wash supplied for 'shower gel.' Comfortable bed, decent shower. Overall NOT what we expected for the premium price we paid. Booked ahead due to oasis concert so paid mega bucks but saw it had reduced it's prices to a quarter of the price last minute. Wouldn't return

Was ok for short stay, but wouldn’t stay long. No staff on site, but they respond quickly to messages and are helpful. As far as the room, the blinds were broken, the wood trim in the bathroom was rotted and you could hear every step from above room. Bed also wasn’t comfortable and had dips in it.

This was a delightful property. It is an older building which was been added to and updated. The room was clean and roomy. It was a delightful stay. We came back to Dublin for our last night and I definitely wished that I had booked this property for that night as well. I highly recommend this property.
