Unreliable wifi. Tiny room. Tons of stairs with no elevator. A guest heard howling at night. They Offered discount if I paid them outside of expedia then told me at checkout time when it was time to start the new reservation that they don’t accept cash. Then they demanded I leave immediately in a rude way. Very strange and unprofessional. I had to lug so many bags up two flights of stairs with noone around to assist me. It calls itself a hotel but offers non of the amenities. No food, no elevator, no hospitality, no cash acceptance, no professionalism, no quick response unless they are bullying you to leave suddenly, no greeting at checkin and no reliable wifi. Shockingly bad experience. The worst ive had a hotel by far and that is saying alot. Juliann and Kate were terribly unprofessional. As I scrambled to make new reservations elsewhere during a lockdown in ireland, they came in and started removing my items without my permission. I was in the bathroom and they tried to come in and kate sighed loudly as I said i need a few more minutes. It was horrific. I was told i could get organized in the waiting room but that was a lie to get me to leave the room because kate came right down and told me to leave. They justified the behavior by saying that I hadn’t paid for a new night when i offered cash and was never told they can’t accept cash until checkout time. Based on the very loud moaning I heard at night I concluded that the hotel must be a very seedy place!!
