Easy to find, pub right under the rooms. But the bad part is they are right under the rooms, so you hear evrything until they close. And rooms can definitely get a remodel on them.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Excellent value accommodation just outside Dundee. Checked in at the bar, the staff were friendly and helpful and showed us to the room. The room was in an external motel style block. The room was quite basic but was clean and everything worked. OK. For the money it does the job perfectly and we would definitely return.
Stayed for 2 nights to get away for the weekend, food was good, reasonable priced and the staff where friendly, would definitely stay here again if i come bk to dundee.
I used this simply as a place to sleep as I was visiting my son in Dundee. The staff were very friendly.
The part of the building I was in is very tired. My bedroom was functional - everything worked and there was lots of hot water. But the bedside table door was hanging off, the bathroom floor was in poor repair and the bath had a crack along the edge.
The arrangements for getting access were a bit restrictive and caught me out (not only could i not check in prior to 4pm - which was on the information, but I had hoped to sinply drop my stiff off early at atound 2pm - but the building was fully locked up and I could not fibd a way to contact anyone.
However, ir did what I needed it to do and as I said the staff were very friendly.
Nice place to stay, located in a quiet village not far from Dundee. Although you might want to consider other options if you want to go to Dundee city centre without a private vehicle. With that said, the inn room itself is nice
