"Very large, spacious house and fantastic grounds. Lots of room inside and out for us to spread out. Facilities excellent. We made good use of hot tube, pool and table tennis tables and the young ones enjoyed the kids play area. Easy access to Cotswolds Way path. Although the property is on the edge of Dursley, the grounds are large, giving the impression that you are almost in the countryside."

"Overall the property was in a great location.Flat was everything that you needed. Pity however that it was missing just a few little touches. A small bottle of milk would not have gone amiss. No salt and pepper. The TV remote control needs to be replaced. Control buttons not working . Could not get any BBC channels on free view . All small problems . The entry instructions were great and very clear. "

"Great communication and a room upgrade which was a pleasant surprise. Well appointed, stylish room with comfy bed, a powerful shower and nice tea, coffee and biscuits. An eye mask and ear plugs were supplied as the only down side is there is noise from the street. The windows are sash and I expect can’t be double glazed. Probably not an issue unless you’re a light sleeper."

"Roy was the manager on duty when we checked in and out. He helped carry one of our suitcases to our suite! He was awesome and helped out with some local areas to dine and visit. The suite was excellent, slippers and a robe waited our arrival, along with coffee, hot chocolate, tea and milk. Was very clean and a comfortable kind size bed. We loved it."

Easy free parking and placed conveniently near The George pub and a regular bus service to the city centre. "Location was different to what's on the map (it's right next door to the New County Hotel). The apartment was lovely though, looks like it's been recently refurbished and was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. £250 damage deposit seemed quite excessive. Not sure if they get a lot of trouble as housekeeping also came in during stay but didn't do any cleaning, make beds, or fold towels etc (I only knew they'd been because they folded...

"I cannot recommend highly enough. Simon was on call 24/7 and the information pack was so informative. The only time I had to contact Simon was to ask for an additional 3 nights stay (that says a lot about my enjoyment there), and to check where the recycling bins were which was my stupidity."

"Accommodation is located centrally and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen is a lovely space to come together with family. Add £13 per day for parking as the place has not its own parking. The place is clean but I gave it a 3 for cleaning because there were empty food boxes behind the desk in the main bedroom. Towels were clean but old . Communication was great and we will definitely go back again but will ask them to pay a little more...
