Cheltenham is one of the loveliest towns in UK and Strozzi Palace is well located as a base. It is a modern and quite well appointed apartment that is very clean and efficiently operated but does not provide easy access for help or real cooking/food preparation. Once inside there is no information on how to, for example, turn on the heated towel rail, though common sense and a bit of sleuthing does help.

Always a great place to stay. Great location and well appointed apartment. Needs to be supplied with washing up liquid and a cloth as dont have time to shop for necessities whilst there.

I absolutely loved my stay at Strozzi Palace and will definitely stay again. Minor things which could’ve addressed were that the balcony area and chair cushions need some attention but it didn’t affect our stay. The room was lovely and the staff were great. I’d highly recommend.

Great property in an ideal location. Bit noisy sometimes with creaky floorboards and neighbours above walking around a lot but otherwise can’t fault it. Would stay again.

Lovely clean apartment

Lovely clean apartment. Comfortable bed and pillows. Very stylish furnishings. Had everything we needed for our 2 night stay, the milk in the fridge was most welcome. Central for everything in cheltenham.

Stylish if small apartment with good kitchen amenities. Some milk sachets would have been a nice addition. Very handy for town centre and the festival I was attending. Some street noise during the night. Check-in via an app but communication was excellent in this regard. Would use again.

Fantastic place to stay. We had two suites for relatives who were visiting Cheltenham. Both suites were spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed. Milk and juice in the fridge was a really nice touch. Plenty of towels with robes and slippers too. The team I spoke to were all really helpful. Can thoroughly recommend this place.

Excellent location, accommodation and service.

Communication before we arrived was excellent and we were fortunate enough to be able to access the apartment early which was much appreciated. The accommodation is in an excellent location, minutes from Cheltenham town centre. It is really well appointed and welcoming with everything you need for a short stay. The pint of milk, tea & coffee was appreciated. Bed large and comfortable, living area great as well. Only down point was the 10am check out on a Sunday - was a bit early!

The staff were great and Roy, the manager, was friendly, attentive, and helpful. The room (suite) was wonderful and had all the amenities we could want. The property is located in a quiet section only a block or so away from many restaurants and shopping. Transportation by bus was nearby and the trains were within a short bus ride. We would gladly stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The location was ideal; the apartment facilities were great; and it felt very safe with the front lobby. Just needed the curtain fixing in our apartment. Good communications prior to our arrival.

Absolutely excellent

Fantastic place to stay just steps away from all the restaurants, bars and shops of Cheltenham. Despite being so central, our Siena suite was amazingly quiet. Super stylish decor with a kitchen corner generously supplied with various teas plus 2 coffee makers and coffee - and even fresh milk waiting in the fridge. Superking very comfortable bed and big white fluffy towels. Roy the concierge was very helpful and there is good secure parking that can be booked for an extra payment. Excellent value for a luxurious stay and I would definitely stay there again.

Great aesthetic & location, but missing the basics

Great location, great style and aesthetic, easy entry with the access codes, clean room. However, the room stank of damp likely due to the air conditioning unit. The bed was a memory foam mattress, which gave little to no support to my back. Everyone has different mattress preferences but definitely not my preference at all, woke up with a bad back. The flush button on the toilet was broken, the soap dispensers in the showers also didn't work.

Perfect stay in Cheltenham

We had a perfect stay at the Strozzi Palace in Cheltenham. The building is very well located, close to the High Street, shops and restaurants, but yet at a tranquil and silent comer of the city. The apartment is beatifully decorated, well equipped and impeccably clean. Self check in was super easy. Highly recommended.

Really lovely stay, paid extra for parking very secure and a few steps away. Suite was lovely and clean with everything you need. Central to town and a short taxi to racecourse. Will definately come back. Well done Strozzi

A great place for a weekend break

The apartment was very central and was well designed and clean . The bed was very comfortable. We had a small outside space which could do with some attention but a nice touch as the room was rather warm. Our room was on the 2nd floor and accessed by stairs. Communication prior to our visit was clear and helpful. We enjoy the freedom of self catering and the apartment was well equipped. We met the man in reception as we left and he was friendly but otherwise we did not need any assistance during our stay. Altogether a good experience and excellent value. Would use again.

Loved the stylish Italian design and the Amalfi Suite layout. It felt luxurious. It was also really centrally located just off thr high street. It was very comfortable. We had a couple of basic cleaning issues, which were not corrected during the stay, which has resulted in us not giving 5⭐️ for everything.

Roy was the manager on duty when we checked in and out. He helped carry one of our suitcases to our suite! He was awesome and helped out with some local areas to dine and visit. The suite was excellent, slippers and a robe waited our arrival, along with coffee, hot chocolate, tea and milk. Was very clean and a comfortable kind size bed. We loved it.

Nice stay great location

Overall it was a very nice stay, the room (Sienna) was luxurious with excellent kitchen facilities a really comfy, big bed and a nice looking terrace (although the rain put paid to using it). It is situated perfectly with great independent eateries and bars within a short walk. Parking is a little difficult and if there were some way of communicating exactly when a space would be free that would be more convenient. The lack of a working freezer compartment was the only other downside although the helpful and friendly Ray in reception assured us this would be fixed next time we visited and we can certainly say we would stay again!
