"Checkin in was quick and staff friendly. Assigned room 101. Bed was very comfortable and main furnishings were adequate. Room had two bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower. The one with shower was poorly set up, in that water did not fully drain inside shower instead going under door and cover most of floor outside. No drain in floor outside shower. Only two body towels provided, no hand towels. Previous occupants partially used shampoo and body wash bottles left in shower. ...

"The bathroom was dirty with fungus and mildew on shower curtain.There were Mosquitos in the room. I had to use ceiling fan with high speed to keep mosquitoes away. The floor was dusty …I would not visit again . The receptionist took picture of my ID card with phone I’m concerned about it for misuse even though he assured me but I’m worried 😟 "

"The reservation included 2 double beds for 3 people. The photos shown online and also in the reservation confirmation that was emailed to me made it look like the 2nd double bed was in a smaller/separate bedroom within what the hotel called a "Deluxe Suite." However, at checkin time, it became clear that there was only a single room with a single double bed. The only option was for the staff to bring an extra bed into the room, which decreased the amount of available free space in the room....
