"This is a nice hotel that is very conveniently located. It is right across the street from Dublin Hueston station, so it’s great for train and bus travelers. It’s about a 15-20 minute walk to Guiness and the two distilleries near it. Also a 20 minute walk to Jameson, or hop on the LUAS tram and ride two stops. Also walkable to the Temple Bar area. "A great location, with the Dublin Express airport pick up & drop off directly outside the hotel. Our room included a little balcony overlooking the side street which we wished we had more time with our stay to sit and enjoy it! "

"I love this hotel. It is quirky and old, but well maintained. The signage was improved this time, and I was able to find my room easily. On a previous stay this was not the case, and I wandered around a bit. My room faced an alley and it got quite noisy, especially early in the morning. The radiator and towel warmer appeared to have leaked a bit, but worked well.The staff are just lovely, always helpful. "

Lisa was amazing with helping me sort issues with booking through Expedia (i will definitely book direct with them next time, but thank you Lisa, only for you i would have been lost. Simon the manager, what can i say, the customer service, helpfulness, kindness was second to none. Really really appreciate how you looked after us. Thank you so much.
