"When we arrived, we were not given a room with a balcony and were told the hotel was fully booked. We booked on March 30 and arrived September 9th. We found this excuse unacceptable. The hotel did not become full until the last week of August as we periodically checked their site. On the 3rd night of our stay, when we arrived at the restaurant, we were turned away as we did not have reservations.
