"The staff were always help and nice. The location was excellent for visiting Segesta Temple and we also drove to the village of Erice which is worth the trip to just for the view of the coast line. "The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Hotel in a good location. However, the room was the smallest room I have ever been in. Absolutely no room in the bathroom. They even had our towels on the bed. There was not room for 2 suitcases. Only one person could be walking around at a time. Very disappointing. And parking was a huge issue. But otherwise, a good stay"

"The area is a gated site…it has a lot of space, well kept gardens and orchards. An oasis so to speak . Michele and the staff made us comfortable, welcome and nothing was too difficult. Breakfast was typical continental. The facility has its own wine… try the Grillo white… you won’t be disappointed. Only drawback the room was a little noisy and there was no comfortable seating. Otherwise great place.. we’ll do it again in October.Thank you Michele and staff! "

We initially booked into the hotel so we could be close to our friend who had a medical emergency while vacationing with us from the U.K. Our friend was discharged from a hospital even though she basically couldn’t walk and had no other choice but to join us in our hotel room. "The hotel staff were all super nice. Most can speak English which definitely comes in handy trying to organise tours. The breakfast and menu is good but needs a bit more variety like pizzas etc. Very clean and safe. The only issue is you always need a transfer if you wanted to go to other places.
