"Service Front Desk could be nicer and more helpful. Seemed like we were a nuisance to them when we asked any questions. Also, they initially gave me a dirty and occupied room. You can guess my reaction when my wife and I opened the room door with the key card supplied by the front desk, just see an unmade bed with someone else's luggage and stuff all over the bed. Reaction from the front desk, it's the only one available. We waited 2 hours more to get a clean and unoccupied room to stay in. Your need to work on this kind of stuff! "

"The Westin is a perfect resort for a beautiful weekend get away!"

"The property is perfect. The pool with drink service, warm water as well. Very family friendly. The rooms were clean with great views all the way up to the floor. I’ll say parking is a little confusing with the QR code but it’s okay once you get it. The onsite restaurant is a little vegan in the side so if you’re not into that it’s okay. Awesome stay, will be coming back. "
