Beautiful, clean and well maintained hotel. Saw Def Leppard in concert here and stayed the night, what a fantastic hotel. When we woke up early the next morning, we witnessed people steam ironing clothes in the hard rock gift shop and detail cleaning of the tall external windows. The attention to detail and cleanliness at this hotel is very apparent.

The room was pretty nice and clean. By the second day, we had experienced ice cold showers (let the water run for a full 20 min, no change), tv remote didn’t work(they brought us a new one), coffee maker didn’t work( they took care of that),didn’t service the room ( clean towels, etc). It was a king bed pool view full price. I doubt that is the common experience. We actually have reservations that I had previously booked. If it happens next time, I will definitely review. Really enjoyed the casino and James Taylor concert.

Hotel is really beautiful. Hotel is really Very Beautiful!. We had reserved a pool view room, but got a low floor room and no view. After complaining, we’re moved to a better one. Public areas are nice.. plenty of restaurants and bars. Casino full every night. Only two small things to change.: have better or larger, shower towels, and use a better toilet paper. Everything else was great.

THIS place is amazing … modern spacious layout .. Like a nice complex .. and the shape of it awesome.. Roof top club and convenient parking deck .. And hard rock live venue is very nice .. Rock shop and restaurants are great

We had an overall nice stay, some of the staff was great! We had a couple encounters with not pleasant staff as well, Robert at the pool bar was quite rude, and the pitboss working the Sunday morning on the front left tables was also extremely rude. The hotel and grounds were beautiful and the restaurants were great.
