"Staff was very friendly, and very helpful. Main area was very clean. breakfast was awesome. Water took a long time to get hot. Only one elevator working, we were on the sixth floor. Very long wait. Windows in the room and bathroom sink area had lots of little tiny black bugs, crawling everywhere. ..."

"Private beach and multiple pools were great. Need umbrellas at pool. Umbrellas should be included in resort fee not 30 dollars a day. Prices are steep for food and drinks. A bottle of water should not cost $9. Overall resort is beautiful with great views and staff were polite and helpful."
