"Had an amazing stay here. Highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed! Super clean, well equipped and very spacious. Host was very attentive and responsive to queries. The only thing I’d say (which isn’t even a negative) but didn’t impact negatively on our stay would be having it more secure to allow dogs to go out slide door within living room area to the back without worrying they’d wander off. Will definitely return. We had an amazing Christmas here and made wonderful memories."

"We chose this location, as it gave us access to the Kintail mountains and Fort William in one direction, and the Isle of Skye in the other. The home was very well maintained and offered us the flexibility of quiet outdoor space and an amazing floor plan inside. From the little goody basket Sue left us, to the use of 2 refrigerators and a washer/dyer, we had everything we needed for the week. The kitchen was the main dining area and we had plenty of seating. "The cottage was clean, cozy, and much larger than I expected! It was in a fairly out of the way location (but not far at all from Oban) that was great for avoiding city traffic. Our host Maureen was very nice and friendly and If/when we travel back to Scotland, and plan on visiting Oban, we would happily stay here again."

"Met all expectations. Unbeatable view. Great, enclosed area for dogs. Good quality (and number of) bathrooms. 3 in all. Hot tub was a bonus. Initially dubious all 6 of us (adults) would fit in comfortably - but we did! Wonderful find."

"A lovely property backing on to the main road to Oban. Had everything we needed for a great extended family weekend. All enjoyed the fabulous hot tub and we made good use of the BBQ and fire pit table in the evenings. A couple of snags and Gillian got on to them straight away, thank you!"

"Stayed for a week in this cottage with fabulous views. Very clean and just about everything you need. We were only missing a corkscrew and egg cups, but anything else you need is there. Not quite as homely as we would have hoped as the cottage is quite sparse, but still had a wonderful time. Great to be able to access the canal and take a nice long walk to Neptune’s staircase from the cottage!"

"This is an excellent house in a beautiful area. We had 15 guests ranging from 4 to 79 - the accommodation was perfect for all of our needs…it was warm, clean and comfortable. The hot tub was a particular highlight. Gillian was approachable and helpful if needed. We would not hesitate to recommend this property and the area."

"The accommodation was to a high standard and very comfortable with stunning views. Lismore is a wonderful, tranquil island, rich in wildlife and beautiful scenery. Otters and seals spotted daily from the accommodation. Mother otter and pup seen at Point and Port Ramsay during the day. Loved watching the nesting birds and geese with small goslings. Hope to be back."

"Karl was very helpful upon arrival showing us how everything worked and made sure we were comfortable. The only tiny thing was finding the Chalet as google maps pin was set to the field over so just drive another 50 yards after Google tells you have arrived but even then the local neighbours were lovely helping us find it and it was a beautiful area and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!!"
