This is my 4th time staying at this property and I really love visiting the hotel. I've previously reviewed the hotel, amenities and transport options in detail in previous reviews (see September 2022) so won't repeat here. Suffice to say I thoroughly enjoyed a hassle free couple of weeks in the sun in a nice hotel with excellent staff.

The hotel can be reached in approximately 10 minutes by taxi from the airport at a cost of ~€18. You can also take a local bus (service #3) for ~€2, but it takes a little longer as it serves a number of local towns on route. Guests can access the beach areas via the hotel gardens with a shopping centre (Atlantico Centro Comercial) which includes a large supermarket, also being nearby. The hotel staff are amongst the best I have encountered at a large hotel. Everyone is pleasant, friendly and very helpful. My room was on the 5th floor, furnished to a good standard and I had no issues with noise and slept very well. I had half board and was impressed by the variety and standard of food which was available at both breakfast and dinner. In summary, a well-run hotel which I would highly recommend, particularly, for those with young families.

Okay. Good location. Cruise like feel
Cruise like feel. Paid for all inclusive but it was limited to very low end drinks. Cocktails were poorly mixed and did not taste great to include the sangria; stick to beer or wine. Very nice servers, very friendly. No sit down restaurants on property, all meals were buffet style. The jacuzzi heat stopped working after the first day we arrived, informs the front desk daily, they replied with the same reply daily, we will submit a maintenance request. Unfortunately, did not get to use during our stay. Good location, next to a mall and the beach. Had good activities for children on the weekend. If your looking for a getaway to spoil yourself or it’s a special occasion, I would recommend a different hotel.

I really liked it here, clean and spacious rooms and all the staff are amazing and very helpful. The queue for the lobby bar wasn't great but that was the only negative. The pools were great, as were the daily aquafit classes, such good fun. I liked the food, there are loads of choices so you couldn't go hungry, some of it could have been a bit hotter but I tended to wait for the freshly cooked items i.e king prawns, squid and steak. The location was ideal being right on the beach and a nice level walk into the town. Beautiful sunrises too.

The hotel is on the flight path of landing aircraft, less than 300 feet above. The frequency of aircraft and the noise would ruin our stay, we decided within an hour to leave and find a restful hotel. It is unacceptable this issue is not noted for would be customers, at least so they may make an informed choice

My biggest problem where the flies. We where staying at a hotel before just down the road and there where no flies there. We could not stay by the pool as they where so bad. My opinion is that the floors where not cleaned properly inside and outside. It is such a pity as the staff are very very helpful and the property could be excellent.

Unfortunately hotel is a bit run down. Flies everywhere. Pool is lovely except for flies. Towels need all replacing very old. Entertainers are excellent can’t fault them. Food not great / luke warm. Fresh omelettes unfortunately disappointing where they didn’t use spoons to add ingredients used hands with gloves on but got other ingredients in it I didn’t want.

The hotel is conveniently located to the beach, taxi stand, bus stop and to the local mall. The grounds are very pretty with trees, various plants and flowers which adds serenity to this complex. The staff are very friendly and we rarely found one not smiling. They all were willing to help. I will and have recommended this hotel.

Winter sun
Lovely beach front hotel on the outskirts of Caleta De Fuste. Sandy bays directly outside the hotel are beautiful along with a wonderful promenade that runs the length of the resort. The Atlantico shipping centre situated next to the hotel is now full of shops, eateries and a supermarket. There are great shows at the hotel, some by the animation team. The Lion King production was great, well done team. The staff are friendly and helpful, particularly the ladies in the restaurant.

Elba Carlota Beach hotel
Hotel staff were very welcoming...had to wait a while to get to my room but it was expected as I was early...after that I couldn't fault them...Reception staff helped me with an unconnected problem and were so helpful...I stayed on half board and the food was lovely, great quality and choice of different foods every day was amazing...I was in a standard double room and it was veey spacious and bed and pillows very comfortable definitely recommend this hotel...weather was a bit poor but can't blame the hotel...

Food was very average, not always warm and ran out of things frequently. Couldn't get safe until 12 on the day when requested it at 9 ?? couldn't get bed round pool after 9am as towels were on them from before 8am. Nice clean hotel but wouldn't stay again.

I can't begin tellhow disappointed I was with my holiday I had saved all year reviewed and researched hotel I wanted to stay for entertainment for my son.we found when we arrived that we were told they have overbooked and do not have room at this hotel so straight off booking through a reputable company like yourself this shouldn't happen we were told that we were being transferred to sister hotel which I'd never heard of reviewed we protested but were given no option but to accept and manager says he would sort out free return text to airport T end of holiday (which they refused to do later and we nearly missed our flight another fight with them!)so we were moved hotel which was quiet no kids or entertainment for my sons age group totally ruined his holiday and the prices for drinks were scandalous even 4 Euro for water so with drinks we had to have T meals we were way out of pocket and couldn't TY in this hotel at night.the room we got was interconnecting room where we heard 3 three kids scream fro morning to night we moved room again after complaining about this but our holiday was totally spoiled the hotel we k ew had everything we wanted and within budget and entertainment wise we never got to stay and even though hotel we got moved to was meant to be upgrade can't list how many times we were treated with contempt all in all terrible experience and expect hotels .com to do something g about this else u will take matter further and review on all social media outlets my
