We arrived on late to be greeted by a friendly informative receptionist (Pablo) & a glass of cava. The hotel is stunning & classy. Rooms are spacious and lovely too.
Booked in bed & breakfast, but after trying the wonderful breakfast buffet. Eating once in the evening meal buffet, which was good. but the food in the three other restaurants were excellent, a credit to the chefs & waiting staff. We did eat in the Japanese once, the Spanish once, but in the gourmet twice as it was so good and the waiter David was so professional & exact, he was a credit to the hotel.
The beach was lovely with an excellent beach staff who not only served drinks, but kept an eye on people on the beach, who was using beds, entering hotel etc. the sun beds were of good quality with umbrellas & wind breaks which kept your area separate which was nice.
The hotel spa was a shock, so big, with excellent staff, very informative. we used the spa pool and saunas. we also used the gym nearly everyday, it has good modern equipment, rather male based on weight machines with a few running machines, cross trainers, bikes & only one rowing machine. I attended a few gym classes too. But as part of the hotel & free of charge it is well worth making use of.
We did use the bar in the evenings for pre-dinner drinks or coffee, entertainment was unobtrusive & low key, sitting on the balcony outside or inside. Staff were again excellent , but Sol was brilliant, good, friendly with everyone.
We had a wonderful time
We stayed at the hotel at peak time, 1st week of August and though full, it never felt crowded. The hotel is beautifully laid out, very clean with very helpful and friendly staff. There was a good mix of nationalities, no drunken or rowdy behaviour. There was sometimes a short wait for a table during breakfast and evening meals. Can't blame the staff, they were doing their utmost to clear tables and set up for the next family, they just needed a few more hands on deck. There was always plenty of choice during all meals but dinners were never very spiced if you prefer a bit more zing to your food. Plenty of sunbeds by the large freeform pool, the indoor pool was also a nice touch. Beautiful sandy beach was just a two minute stroll down through the hotel. The beach is not a part of the hotel so you do have to pay for sunbeds and parasols (unless you go down after 17.00 by which time the bright orange vested money collector has usually gone for the day). Twee shows in the evening kept us entertained but nobody seems to want to dance after the shows, especially the teens cos they're too busy online using free WiFi in reception! The animation team were very friendly and good fun if you wanted to join in in any of the activities, but they were never in your face or insistent like some can be at other hotels we've been to. Chilled pool bar serving a nice variety of lunch dishes if you're not All Inclusive.
We had a fab week at this hotel, most of which was spent by the pool. The hotel itself is very clean and has all the amenities you need. It's very spacious and for us wasn't over crowded. The one thing we noticed is that the pools need some maintenance work as there were missing and lose tiles as you walked in.
This was a lovely family holiday, with loads of well organised activities and facilities for children and adults. The food was great and very varied, but also with the staples of pasta and pizza for non adventurous kids. Much less windy than the north side of Island which made it a nice warm temperature. It was mainly German guests which was fine for us adults but the kids did complain about having no one else to play with. The entertainment team were brilliant, full of energy, polite, all spoke English, Spanish and German fluently as a minimum. The evening shows were well produced and well worth attending. The mini club was well run with different activities each day and the chance to win a certificate or medal that was awarded at the kids disco in the evening. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel lived up to its previous reviews. Everything about this hotel was 5 star. The food was fabulous, both breakfast and evening dinner. Great size of bedrooms with stunning views of the golf course and pool. Staff were very friendly and helpfull.
Not the place to go if you want a lively, fun hotel. Ideal for couples & singles wanting peace & solace
The hotel was clean, spacious and had very friendly staff who were always smiling and happy to help. The facilities were of a good standard. The rooms had plenty of space with a good bed and a nice balcony with a view of the sea. Lots of room to sunbath outside and 2 minutes from a very nice beach.
Calleta de Fuste is one of the quieter resorts on the island and this hotel seemed to be popular with young families and couples, those after some peace and relaxation and a nice mix of nationalities. The hotel had three pools, with areas clearly set aside for kids, those looking for some activities (occasional volleyball, water polo and aerobics, with the staff working hard to keep people amused) and a final larger one, adjacent to massage tent for those looking for some peace and quiet. Arrangement worked really well. The hotel is well kept, modern and clean with pleasant gardens, a stone's throw from the beach and just 15mins from the airport by taxi (about 14 Euros). Bedrooms have excellent facilities (balconies, mini-bars, complimentary toiletries, air-con, safe, TV's, huge beds and tea and coffee facilities) and were cleaned and made-up daily, without having to request it. Main resort centre is about a 10-15min walk along the coast where you'll find lots of shops, bars and restaurants and a water-sports / diving centre. Again, not a wild centre of nightlife and discos, but plenty of nice places to watch the sunset from, or enjoy a quiet meal. Recommended.
