Hôtel magnifique ! Les logements, les piscines et les buffets sont de très bonne qualité pour adultes et enfants. Le seul point négatif concerne les transats autour des piscines, qui sont réservés très tôt le matin. Une règle devrait être mise en place et appliquée afin d'éviter que des transats restent inoccupés du matin au soir, simplement parce qu'une serviette y a été déposée pour les réserver.

Molto piacevole il soggiorno ,la struttura anche se datata risulta molto curata, l’unica nota negativa sul bagno in camera ,non avendo alcun tipo di ventilazione gli scarichi emanano odore. Per quanto riguarda la cucina molto varia e gradevole.

Le restaurant Siroco proposé pour le déjeuner à partir du 16 avril était mal climatisé, bruyant et les choix de nourriture réduits par rapport aux jours précédent dans le restaurant habituel. Le vrai plus de l'hôtel est son accès direct à la plage, les piscines familiales & pour enfants, les chambres sont correctes (la vue mer fait une vraie différence). Il serait bien de dispatcher les clients dans les blocs de logement en fonction de leur profil afin de plutôt regrouper familles d'un côté & fêtards de l'autre afin de garantir la tranquillité à tous.

We had a lovely holiday here. The hotel is spotlessly clean, food was excellent and loads to choose from with nice ambience and decor in the restaurants and throughout the whole hotel. Lobby is very impressive and airy but lots of wooden structures - not plasticky at all. Entertainment was of a high standard and the Staff all really friendly. Rooms made up to a high standard every day. Grounds very well maintained. A great value for money holiday and cannot fault this hotel and would definitely return.

This hotel is spread out over a hillside. It has many chill out areas - both sitting and lounging (indoor and outdoor). There are a variety of shops onsite and a supermarket up the road. There is a spa and activities programme but I didn't use either. The rooms are spacious with plenty of storage. The rooms are downhill from the main building. It is a steep hill to get from the rooms to the main building / restaurant. Returning to my room in the evening as a lone female, I didn't feel safe because of the low lighting along the pathway. There is gated access to the beach from the hotel. There is steep gravel hill to get to and from the beautiful beach.

This place was perfect for our large family trip! A week in February half term. Something for everyone! Everything sparkling clean, lots of activities throughout the day. The food was amazing, and they catered really well for our son who is Gluten Free. The only slight down side, which did not affect our party, was it's all built on a slight incline, so we might have had problems if one of us was very unstable on our feet, especially going down to the beach, however, there is a lift in the main building and ramps throughout the resort for wheelchairs. But for most, the incline makes for stunning views and an interesting/beautiful resort!!

Fabulous stay! The resort is stunning, both the indoor and outdoor areas are very impressive. The sabana bar area was perfect as the start of the trip was hampered with poor weather. The food choices were really varied and there were plenty of choices. Our room was large and very clean, the staff at the resort were fabulous, and very friendly. I cant recommend enough!

Rooms basic even in the esencia side - wasn’t explained there was a pool and restaurant in this side so we didn’t realise until the last day. Food you can’t fault, fresh meats, fish daily, salad etc something for everyone.never go hungry with the restaurant over looking the beach serving from 11:30 all day burgers, chips pizza etc We was lucky enough to have some lovely weather Views are beautiful Got a fantastic deal on Expedia all inclusive which was perfect. I would return just a bit far out from anything but if you want a peaceful break this is your holiday.

Hotel and facilities are excellent and a lovely location, the main let down was food hygiene. Witnessed a lot of children coughing and sneezing on food etc. Several meals were dangerously cold and one of our group fell ill after eating and caused a huge amount of stress as was leaving day. Hotel staff hit and miss some friendly and helpful others just rude and miserable who clearly didn’t want to engage. Won’t be coming back

The hotel looks really nice and well decorated and maintained, rooms are spacious, the beach accessible from the hotel is really nice and clean as well. The location is good, there's a taxi rank nearby and a mercadona up the road which is very convenient. Now a few areas might need improvement considering this is rated as a 4 star hotel. The snack bar opening times given were different depending who you asked to. The location given was also wrong and the hotel program displayed wasn't updated. When asking where an activity listed takes place, the reception stated they did not know. The housekeeping on other hand was fabulous, hard working and amazingly nice considering most rooms have not got a "do not disturb" sign which bound them to clean all the rooms everyday if we were not able to catch them to notify them prior. The restaurant offered a good range of food, varied and changed from day to day. However, finding a place to sit was a real pain. Roaming around for over 15min for each meal to find a empty table was real difficult let alone finding a CLEAN table. Can't blame the staff as they were understaffed but having to sit on dirty tables and wait wasn't pleasant either. The kids and family pools were great, plenty of sunbeds and no need to fight for one but it wasn't summer. There was a kids club as well wich was a nice option altough not used, but the kids appeared to have fun. Minus 1 for the gym access only for the premium customers... Nightly 45min mini Disco for
