Fabulous stay! The resort is stunning, both the indoor and outdoor areas are very impressive. The sabana bar area was perfect as the start of the trip was hampered with poor weather. The food choices were really varied and there were plenty of choices. Our room was large and very clean, the staff at the resort were fabulous, and very friendly. I cant recommend enough!

The stay was wonderful. Very clean and safe. The view was beautiful. It was a peaceful stay and many things are accessible within a 5-10min drive. The resort is directly on the beach.

Rooms basic even in the esencia side - wasn’t explained there was a pool and restaurant in this side so we didn’t realise until the last day. Food you can’t fault, fresh meats, fish daily, salad etc something for everyone.never go hungry with the restaurant over looking the beach serving from 11:30 all day burgers, chips pizza etc We was lucky enough to have some lovely weather Views are beautiful Got a fantastic deal on Expedia all inclusive which was perfect. I would return just a bit far out from anything but if you want a peaceful break this is your holiday.

The hotel was pretty and clean, and the staff were super friendly. The pools and beach were excellent, as was the food. The only area that could be improved compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at is the animation activities.

The hotel had some nice pools although only the children’s pool and the pool beside it were heated. Would be good if tea and coffee were available in the buffet at all meal times. Buffet was inconsistent

Hotel was generally modern and clean. The separate apartment blocks made the resort feel like a small town. The self service drinks stations were a very good idea and we had no issue with waiting in a queue. There was okay entertainment every night. Smaller restaurant near the beach for lunch and snacks, feels outdated and unhygienic the larger food market is generally nice and has a good selection.

3* at best!!! Arrived to find allocated a room with a high concrete balcony which made the room feel like a prison cell also found cockroaches in room and AC was very noisy. Moved rooms to one with proper balcony and cockroaches in this room also. Food was ok but the same thing every day! Staff were rude except for the main reception bar area. All inc wine was undrinkable and I now get home to discover they have charged me £87 that I have no clue what for! There is no restaurants or anything to do around the hotel. There’s no facilities on the beach. All the toilets smelt of urine. Plus side… large rooms and nice gardens! Don’t waste your money here!

We really enjoyed our stay and the facilities. However, our room was swarmed with ants, the room was also extremely dirty. The power went out more than once on the same day and it took several hours to be fixed. The food selection was decent, unless you don’t like fish. Overall, our stay was good due to the number of pools but we wouldn’t stay here again.

Property is good for a budget trip and price point makes it attractive. Main lobby is stunning. Staff are very helpful when needed. Food market can be very busy at peak times. Rooms were good and cleaned regularly. good holiday desitination but quieter part of the island.

Overall it is ok place to stay, with nice pools and sandy beach, good variety of meals to choose from, only you have to consider that the hotel is on the slope, meaning all the time you have to walk up and down the hill.

The hotel looks really nice and well decorated and maintained, rooms are spacious, the beach accessible from the hotel is really nice and clean as well. The location is good, there's a taxi rank nearby and a mercadona up the road which is very convenient. Now a few areas might need improvement considering this is rated as a 4 star hotel. The snack bar opening times given were different depending who you asked to. The location given was also wrong and the hotel program displayed wasn't updated. When asking where an activity listed takes place, the reception stated they did not know. The housekeeping on other hand was fabulous, hard working and amazingly nice considering most rooms have not got a "do not disturb" sign which bound them to clean all the rooms everyday if we were not able to catch them to notify them prior. The restaurant offered a good range of food, varied and changed from day to day. However, finding a place to sit was a real pain. Roaming around for over 15min for each meal to find a empty table was real difficult let alone finding a CLEAN table. Can't blame the staff as they were understaffed but having to sit on dirty tables and wait wasn't pleasant either. The kids and family pools were great, plenty of sunbeds and no need to fight for one but it wasn't summer. There was a kids club as well wich was a nice option altough not used, but the kids appeared to have fun. Minus 1 for the gym access only for the premium customers... Nightly 45min mini Disco for
