Nice hotel, very spacious rooms, comfy beds and bedding, decent food, very good animation team, nice pools. You'll need a car though to get to the beach and shops or be prepared to get taxis although I think there is a shuttle bus but not sure how often in runs.

We wouldn’t go back unless the hotel had more indoor facilities as it was freezing so we didn’t want to experience the outdoor evening entertainment. The terrace above the restaurant would have made a great place to have indoor entertainment if it was enclosed with glass walls. Our room was cold when we arrived but I was told there was no spare quilts so they just gave me a cotton sheet instead. The air con is only cold air so there’s no heating in the rooms at all. Food was varied and nice, staff were all nice and tried their best to please. The drinks are cheap and cocktails tasted awful, as the alcohol used is cheap and caused me to have a rash. Unfortunately the hotel needs money spending on it to bring it up to 4 star ratings for us. Maybe an indoor pool and spa would be a good start, because not every day is hot enough to sit outside and we spent most of our time in our room as there was nothing else to do in the rain and cold weather. Hiring a car is a good idea if you stay here as the nearby area is boring and it’s a good 30-40 minute walk to the beach, shops and restaurants

Cela fait 5 ans que nous partons en All inclusive et ce sont nos pire vacances… - La qualité et la variété des repas était insuffisante (exactement les mêmes repas tous les jours) * Pas de chauffage * Très grosse nuisances sonores,nous avions l’impression que les murs étaient en carton ou avoir des rideaux en guise de cloison (nous entendions la respirations des voisins,les ronflements,les hurlements de leurs petits enfants dés 7h du matin… * Odeur de tabac froid * Cafard dans les couloirs (voir photo) * 2 grilles sur la route devant la notre chambre qui claquaient à chaque passage de véhicule (camion de livraison dés 6h et véhicule jusque minuit) - Piscine non chauffée - Il nous a fallu 2 jours et demander 6 fois à la réception une couverture manquante pour notre fille. Point positif le personnel et les cocktails…

Das Hotel bedarf einfach etwas mehr Pflege, das Servicepersonal ist stets bemüht ihr Bestes zu geben. Das Hotel hat internationales Publikum…welches man unterschiedlich werten kann. Sehr viele Engländer mit einem Niveau, wo der Begriff Fremd schämen stark aufkommt. Erwachsene wie Kinder gehen mit freiem Oberkörper ins Restaurant.

Ich war insgesamt eher enttäuscht vom Aufenthalt im Livvo Jandía Golf Hotel. Vor allem die Aufmerksamkeit der Mitarbeiter ließ zu wünschen übrig. Ein einfaches „Guten Tag“ oder ein kurzer Blickkontakt wären schon genug gewesen, um sich willkommen zu fühlen, doch stattdessen waren viele Angestellte in ihre Gespräche untereinander vertieft. Das vermittelte leider kaum ein echtes Gastgebergefühl. Auch die Sauberkeit war nur mittelmäßig. Im Zimmer gab es einen unangenehmen Geruch, und insgesamt wirkte es so, als wäre alles schnell, aber ohne viel Sorgfalt hergerichtet worden. Für den Preis und die Erwartungen an ein Hotel dieser Kategorie war das enttäuschend. Leider kann ich deshalb nicht mehr als zwei Sterne vergeben.

Les chambres sont très spacieuses, confortables, propres et calmes. Le linge de lit et de toilette est changé très fréquemment. Equipements de l'hôtel satisfaisants. Faible animation (ce qui peut être un plus pour certains !). Proximité du parcours de golf (pour les golfeurs). L'hôtel se situe assez loin du centre touristique et de la plage. La navette proposée se justifie pleinement et est assez efficace. La nourriture est d'un niveau de qualité et de diversité assez médiocre. Certains suppléments (WIFI, Coffres, certaines boissons) requis malgré la formule "tout inclus" sont un peu agaçants.

Tutto perfetto! Camera enorme, un appartamento con cucina, ristorante perfetto, mangiare buonissimo e vario, gentilissimi. Il posto è bello ma da raggiungere solo in macchina. Alla spiaggia si può andare con una lunga passeggiata.

abseits gelegen wegen Golfplatz, ruhig in der Nacht, Personal immer sehr freundlich und super bemüht, Shuttelservice tagsüber zum Ort, das Essen war ganz gut nur leider oft verkocht, viel aus der Dose, die Küche könnte mehr aus den frischen Lebensmittel zaubern, z. B. das Fleisch, etwas schmackhafter und es war sehr oft lau warm. Die Pommes waren recht gut, da gibt es viel schlimmeres, Essen war reichlich und es wurde nicht daran gespart. Insgesamt absolut buchbar bei vernünftigem Preis.

Rymligt.

Rymliga lägenheter med pentry och balkong helt utan utrustning. Inget möblemang på balkongen eller ens en gaffel i köksskåpen. Något enahanda utbud i restaurangen för gäster med hel eller halvpension. Man bör vara medveten om att hotellet ligger ca 2 km upp mot bergen från stranden. Skyttelbuss finns från fm till ca 18 på kvällen. Ingen wifi på rummen, endast i lobbyn.

War schon das 3. Mal in der Anlage, mir gefaellt die Abgeschiedenheit und die Ruhe. OK, ein Auto ist von Vorteil.

Lovely relaxing place

Very quiet location , free bus service to town and beach . We played a round of golf on nearby course .. that was some experience , golf buggy and bring lots of golf balls are essential as terrain is very rough on each side of fairway . Must say scenery was fabulous. One thing I really missed was a decent cup of tea We had a kitchen without commodities ! However We enjoyed our stay there .

Lovely relaxing place, interesting golf course

Very relaxing stay , only thing I missed was a cup of tea in the room ! as there were no facilities available !

Hotel carino con stanze veramente grandi, peccato per l'angolo cucina inutilizzabile e per l'assenza di mobili sul terrazzo (sarebbero bastate due sedie di plastica e un tavolino). Posizione un po' infelice con scomparsa del sole prestissimo

Hotel lejos del centro. El checking se demoró por más de hora y media. Luego en la cena se apresuraron a retirar la comida. Es cierto que el horario estaba pasado pero era un día especial por una prueba deportiva y tuvieron que abrir la mano más de lo que lo hicieron

La relación calidad precio está bien. La televisión muy antigua, el sofá cama muy incómodo para un adulto. Habitación amplia, y el bufet y la piscina muy bien.

Buena relación calidad-precio. La comida es el punto débil, es muy repetitiva en el almuerzo, mejorando mucho en los desayunos y las cenas.

Buen hotel pesimo buffet

Habitación amplia y bien distribuida pero la comida pésima, no corresponde a un 4 estrellas ni en calidad ni en cantidad. Pedimos un día el Picnic para 4 personas y nos lo dieron solo para 3 personas en bolsas de plástico con un sándwich mal envuelto, de pena. Camareros excepto metre bien. Animación buena.
