The entire Hotel from the Front Door to all areas were absolutely spotless. The staff and food complimented this hotel and was one of the best we have stayed in for a long while. The only drawback was the lack of sunbeds and people booking them with towels from 7am...unfortunately this is purely down to space available in the build.

The hotel has direct access to a ver quiet beach, the rooms with sea view are amazing! There's not much to do in the área, as it's very small, but it's ideal to relax. The food was really good, the staff increíble helpful and friendly, the spa is one of the best I've been to, and the bed was super comfy. The entertainment offer was ok too, although Aqua gym was in the pool with cold wáter instead of the heated one (they moved It there the day we left😢) I would definitely recommend and repeat

Buen hotel para pasar unas vacaciones tranquilas

El hotel esta muy bien, a pie de playa en un pueblo muy tranquilo, comida correcta, los postres de todas las comidas muy muy pobres, pero en general ha sido una estancia muy agradable. lo mejor todo su personal. si he de poner alguna pega, las plazas de hamacas de las piscinas, muy pocas, aunque el personal quitaba las toallas cuando alguien se ausentaba mas de 1 hora(lo veo perfecto) costaba encontrar sitio.

De chouettes vacances

Nous avons passé un séjour de 12 nuits sur place très agréable. L’organisation générale de l’hôtel est satisfaisante ainsi que la propreté qui est au rdv ^^. Les 2 piscines sont propres et entourées de transats du monde certe on peut poser sa serviette le matin mais il faut s’y assoir avant 10h afin de respecter les autres et de ne pas bloquer les places (les serviettes étants pliées et mise de côté à 10h00). La chambre (vue sur mer) est spacieuse et propre le ménage fait tout les jours sans soucis et les draps changés tout les 3 jours. Les cocktails de manière générale se boivent mais ça manque cruellement d’alcool( nous n’avons pas senti grand chose) reportez vous sur la sangria ... un effort est à faire sur ce point. Le buffet on y trouve toujours quelque chose à manger, le personnel très agréable et efficace, petit bémol sur les desserts ou on pourrait améliorer la chose (trop industriels manquent de goût !) au petit déjeuner on trouve encore de tout et de quoi satisfaire les envies du jus d’orange fraîchement pressé serait le point à améliorer et apporterais un vrai plaisir. Il faut entre 45 minutes et 1h pour rejoindre le petit village calme de Tarajalejo au bord de l’océan avec une promenade agréable le soir, si vraiment un besoin se fait sentir le petit supermarché Spar à 500m est très bien fourni (pratique pour de l’eau et du chocolat et tout autre chose) Le loueur de voiture est très sympa et fiable, PS : Snorkeling avec FuerteCharter Top!.

Una bella struttura in ottima posizione sul mare, con molti confort e spazi ampi per tutti. Buona la ristorazione. Peccato solo per la spiaggia davanti, non paragonabile alle molte spiagge belle di Fuerteventura, altrimenti sarebbe stato il massimo desiderabile. Gentile il personale della reception e del ristorante. Da ritornarci comunque.

Die Anlage befindet sich direkt am Meer.

Wie schon erwähnt, dass Hotel hat eine top Lage, für diejenigen, die Ruhe suchen. Familie mit Kindern absolut ungeeignet. Es gab leider keine landestypischen Speisen, um es kurz zu halten, es gab immer das gleiche Essen. Personal überwiegend freundlich. Das komplette Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und es bedarf unbedingt renoviert werden. Getränke werden in Pappbechern serviert bei All inklusive zahlenden Kunden. Preis Leistung - befriedigend.Positiv: Bei Mängel Anzeige wird sofort eine Lösung gefunden.

Mooi hotel direct aan zee

Mooi hotel met goede kamers en restaurant. Het personeel aan de receptie was niet altijd even deskundig en vriendelijk. Dat gold zeker niet voor het overig personeel dat altijd adequaat reageerde. Het hotel is op onderdelen wel toe aan onderhoud en renovatie! Wel aan te bevelen.

Lovely hotel

It's a lovely hotel with 3 pools and is right by the beach (not even a minute away) it's a very quite small town so not much noise unless the hotel is holding an event and for us that wasn't bad.

La playa nos la venden como un paraíso de arena negra y es una playa llena de piedras y muy sucia donde no te puedes ni bañar. El buffet malo y escaso, el todo incluido con hora y solo para bebida. El hotel es para extranjeros claramente, el personal se extrañaba de que fueramos españoles. Habia que madrugar para coger una tumbona o ya no pisabas la piscina, encima, nos cerraron una de ellas porque se pusieron a pintar el suelo (en julio?). El "spa" es una piscina, 3 duchas, sauna y poco mas, pequeño y malo porque hay 11 puntos y había 3 que no funcionaban Lo unico bueno con lo que me quedo es que el personal era muy amable con nosotros, ya que eramos de los pocos españoles y la habitación era muy grande, aunque sucia y con una tele malisima

Relaxing Surroundings.

Juat got back from a one week stay. Staff were great, some names to look out for it you go are Domingo, Cristian and Carman. The room was adequate, clean but lacking some basics. No tea & coffee making facilities in the room, no wifi in the room (although on the day we were leaving routers were being installed in rooms), tv only had 1 English speaking channel which was bbc world news and even that was with poor reception. Food is a good standard, not 5 star but good for all inclusive. Very much a European customer base. Mainly Germans, not a problem for us but they can get quite loud and came across as brash. Spa was good but again not 5 star quality. Steam room wasn't working, some of the showers weren't working. Generally tired in places.

Demasiadas estrellas para un hotel que no lo vale

Las sabanas son de mala calidad con lo que se podria asemejar a una lija, ademas del corchon duro y la bañera no apta para personas un poco mas alta de la poblacion media. En el buffet no existe variedad de aliementos. Si no te gusta lo que proponen solo tiene la opcion de comer MUCHA ensalada.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Das Hotel ist leider schon was in die Jahre gekommen und müsste an manchen Ecken nachgebessert werden.Ansonsten ist die Anlage ganz nett gebaut. Die Disco unten im Hotel war auch super laut, sodass wir das Zimmer gewechselt haben. Im zweiten Zimmer hat dann die Schiebetür vom Bad nicht mehr 100% geschlossen- also 0 Privatsphäre. Beim Buffet war die Hygiene auch nicht immer so optimal da die Salate oft ungewaschen waren ( Käfer und Sand dran), die Kühlkette nicht eingehalten wurde ( Butter schimmelte trotz gültigen MHD, Grapefruits waren schimmelig aber trotzdem aufgeschnitten, Eis ist im Behälter geschmolzen - für ein 4 Sterne Hotel leider sehr enttäuschend und nicht akzeptabel!!!
