"The reception and all day staff were very kind and helpful. There was an incident involving girls in the complex being followed and I called the night security and no one answered. This could have been more serious if I wasn't sitting on my porch at 2am and managed to scare 2 locals following 3 girls ..."

Guests can access the beach areas via the hotel gardens with a shopping centre (Atlantico Centro Comercial) which includes a large supermarket, also being nearby. The hotel staff are amongst the best I have encountered at a large hotel. Everyone is pleasant, friendly and very helpful. My room was on the 5th floor, furnished to a good standard and I had no issues with noise and slept very well. I had half board and was impressed by the variety and standard of food which was available at both breakfast and dinner. In summary, a well-run hotel which I would highly recommend, particularly, for those with young families. "

Apartments would benefit from an upgrade very soon and some air conditioning. The pool area staff were great, beds need replacing or fixed as they are sagging and uncomfortable.     Overall a pleasantly stay
    "Staff were excellent and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean, but window in bathroom couldn't be opened and fan didn't work. Restaurant had a good choice of food. We had booked room only ..but probably should have changed to all inclusive as ate there mostly. Public areas - staircases particularly weren't swept or cleaned very often which was a pity. Also place had a tired look...doors and some walls needed paint. However, overall we enjoyed our stay. "

    "This is an amazing hotel, it’s situated on the beach. The villa rooms are utter luxury. I recommend villa 151. 152. Or 153 The food choices all inclusive we’re excellent, never repetitive. Reception staff very welcoming & nothing was to much trouble. Taxi from the airport was 15 minutes & €15. Two good supermarkets 10 minutes walk away. Local market Saturdays & Tuesdays is worth going to. I cannot say a negative word for this hotel."
