Lovely relaxing place
Very quiet location , free bus service to town and beach . We played a round of golf on nearby course .. that was some experience , golf buggy and bring lots of golf balls are essential as terrain is very rough on each side of fairway . Must say scenery was fabulous. One thing I really missed was a decent cup of tea We had a kitchen without commodities ! However We enjoyed our stay there .

Tired and dated - beware extra charges
First the positives - I was a solo traveller and was delighted with my lovely big airy apartment style accommodation on the quieter side of the 3 storey block. It was very clean and was serviced daily with a built in safe (€2 per day charge to use it!!) Food/drink - poor for a 4 star. I like to explore so opted for Half Board. Breakfast was was the best meal of the day with unlimited juice/smoothies/chilled water. Tea and coffee was dreadful. Felt very put out when on the 4th day of my holiday I was challenged by the waiting staff for taking a glass of water with my evening meal - it had been ok to do so the first 3 nights- I was aware that 'drinks' were not included for half board but it never dawned on me that meant water too! There would be a €2 charge for that!! Red wine was €2.50 a glass and served ice cold (not pleasant) The impression given was that they would prefer you to be all inclusive for an added charge of €15 a day, I am. It a big drinker or eater so all these additional charges would have made my holiday very expensive. I chose to buy my own water from a shop at €0.48 a 1.5litre bottle (but was not allowed to take that into the restaurant) The pools and amenity areas were pleasant and there were ample sunloungers available but a €10 charge for a towel (non refundable) glad I took my own. It all felt a bit penny pinching and behind the times. The staff did their best and were courteous but I don't feel able to recommend the hotel to others.

Hotel is not 4 star, no facility to show that its a 4 star, air conditioner was not working properly, two singles beds we requested double beds, each time my husband and I lying down beds are going apart. we ask them to change rooms they said they have no room with double beds. No tea facility in the bedrooms you cannot make a cup of tea in your bedroom. Breakfast and Dinner were all repetitive all the time. Terrible hotel i was very annoyed. The gym area is very dirty, most of the equipment were not working properly. Our holiday was ruined.

The hotel meet our expectations. The room was brilliant and clean but a bit too cold. The hotel is lovely and the surrounding brilliant. The food was very tasty. The internet didn't work most of the time. That was very annoying. In addition the reception staff was unfriendly and didn't help you. The rest of the staff was just doing his job but no friendly smile or short chat.

Good hotel great value
The food selection and quality was excellent especially for seafood, salads and breads. Drinks also very good. We thought it superb value. Hotel very clean and poolside well maintained. Scenic walks down the hill to huge beach and shops nearby. you may wish to get a taxi back. Resort quiet. Staff professional and hardworking. We loved this place.

Excellent holiday.
Loved the resort and the hotel. Staff very pleasant and helpful.the room was very good and the hotel pools and spa top class. The dining was a tad cafeteria'is as you would expect with a buffet type set up. Overall the hotel,resort and beach were excellent. We would go there again

Great family hotel
Lovely modern hotel with huge rooms and plenty of pools, a lovely beach nearby and other activities. We stayed over Christmas and enjoyed a fabulous gala dinner and Santa Claus visiting on a camel with presents for the children. Great fun and the staff all made us feel very welcome, so helpful. Top tip: you can avoid the hill by walking through the sister hotel and using their lift.

Hotel with the potential
We stayed there at the end of May in 2015. Young family with one child. Firstly at the check-in they didn't know that we had a reservation from Expedia. As advertised they got heated swimming pools but I've got doubt about that as my 5 year old child never went to the swimming poll to enjoy it as it was cold, but usually he enjoys it. Not everything in the room were clean, especially table tops were dusty, cupboard doors were greasy. The bed and bathroom was clean. Food: I must admit they got quite nice menu / the food was good and tasty. Be prepared time after time make your table with necessary cutlery as you may find some are missing as the waiters too busy in a peak time to prepare a table. Entertainment Staff is amazing they know how to get you involved in various activities during the day or at disco time. Mini disco for kids, they will love it. Never understood the laundry service they got in their hotel. If you want to have a fun please go for it :).

Very good hotel
The hotel is very good and our stay was very enjoyable. The beach in front of hotel is great and we spent there a lot of times fighting with big waves... Food was really good and selection of food was very impressive. On the downside... Water in the swimming pools was cold. Even colder than in the ocean. Some of the rooms needs renovation soon.

The weather was lovely and the hotel was luxurious. There was plenty to eat and drink and lots of choices. Travel is very easy whether you have your own car or use the buses. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. the staff spoke English, French and German as well as Spanish. It is in a good location, near to shops and the beach.

Overpriced hotel
Jandia is a beautiful resort but the hotel was not as good as we expected. We booked a double room as it stated it was suitable for 3 people (2 adults and 1 child). It wasn't! 3 single beds in a row and unable to open one of wardrobe doors as 3rd bed had been squeezed in! We found out another couple with 2 children had a much bigger room and paid £500 less than we did as they booked a few months earlier. How can this fair practice! Reception staff were polite but need some charm lessons. Not a 4 star hotel - more like 3 star. We will go back to this resort but not this hotel.

The hotel is situated up a very steep hill (45 degree possibly) . Apart from its situation - which certainly keeps you fit - the hotel is excellent. The facilities, and room - superior sea view was exactly what we were looking for. cleaned daily and comfortable. Entertainment staff were brilliant -day and night. Our only complaint (minor) was the food. The quantity, quality and variety was excellent - there is no need for anyone to go hungry! Our problem was one of the party does not eat fish, and some evenings the meat supplied was goat, veal or rabbit as I put totally not to "our" taste, but no problems if you like these meats. Other choices were pastas, pizzas and vege options! The buffet did get a bit repetative after 12 days so we did eat out on one occasion. Be prepared though as prices have certainly gone up since our last visit about 4 years ago. (3 courses, with bottle wine and two drinks £75) - it makes all inc very reasonable!!!! We would certainly recommend this hotel.

Good Hotel
The hotel is located about a 5 min walk from a great stretch of beach. My wife and I did not stay around the hotel at all because we were always going to different beaches on the island, but there are several great pools for children to enjoy. The staff was great, the buffet restaurant had lots of tasty choices, and the several bars were convenient. The only petty gripe I had was the hotel could have done a better job picking up litter around the hotel. Maybe somebody walking around and picking up after the wind blows the rubbish up, would have been effective. It did not distract from the overall great experience though. This place is worth your money if you plan on staying around the hotel and its immediate area, but if you want to travel around the island and spend time away from the hotel like my wife and I did, you should look into an non-inclusive hotel. Get out and enjoy all the wonderful beaches!!!

Les chambres sont très spacieuses, confortables, propres et calmes. Le linge de lit et de toilette est changé très fréquemment. Equipements de l'hôtel satisfaisants. Faible animation (ce qui peut être un plus pour certains !). Proximité du parcours de golf (pour les golfeurs). L'hôtel se situe assez loin du centre touristique et de la plage. La navette proposée se justifie pleinement et est assez efficace. La nourriture est d'un niveau de qualité et de diversité assez médiocre. Certains suppléments (WIFI, Coffres, certaines boissons) requis malgré la formule "tout inclus" sont un peu agaçants.

Bello e con tanti servizi
Tutto perfetto! Camera enorme, un appartamento con cucina, ristorante perfetto, mangiare buonissimo e vario, gentilissimi. Il posto è bello ma da raggiungere solo in macchina. Alla spiaggia si può andare con una lunga passeggiata.

abseits gelegen wegen Golfplatz, ruhig in der Nacht, Personal immer sehr freundlich und super bemüht, Shuttelservice tagsüber zum Ort, das Essen war ganz gut nur leider oft verkocht, viel aus der Dose, die Küche könnte mehr aus den frischen Lebensmittel zaubern, z. B. das Fleisch, etwas schmackhafter und es war sehr oft lau warm. Die Pommes waren recht gut, da gibt es viel schlimmeres, Essen war reichlich und es wurde nicht daran gespart. Insgesamt absolut buchbar bei vernünftigem Preis.

Rymliga lägenheter med pentry och balkong helt utan utrustning. Inget möblemang på balkongen eller ens en gaffel i köksskåpen. Något enahanda utbud i restaurangen för gäster med hel eller halvpension. Man bör vara medveten om att hotellet ligger ca 2 km upp mot bergen från stranden. Skyttelbuss finns från fm till ca 18 på kvällen. Ingen wifi på rummen, endast i lobbyn.

Hotel carino con stanze veramente grandi, peccato per l'angolo cucina inutilizzabile e per l'assenza di mobili sul terrazzo (sarebbero bastate due sedie di plastica e un tavolino). Posizione un po' infelice con scomparsa del sole prestissimo

Hotel lejos del centro. El checking se demoró por más de hora y media. Luego en la cena se apresuraron a retirar la comida. Es cierto que el horario estaba pasado pero era un día especial por una prueba deportiva y tuvieron que abrir la mano más de lo que lo hicieron

Habitación amplia y bien distribuida pero la comida pésima, no corresponde a un 4 estrellas ni en calidad ni en cantidad. Pedimos un día el Picnic para 4 personas y nos lo dieron solo para 3 personas en bolsas de plástico con un sándwich mal envuelto, de pena. Camareros excepto metre bien. Animación buena.

La relación calidad precio muy bien. Las habitaciones son súper amplias y gran terraza. Sabes que estás retirado de la playa así que no puedes esperar vistas maravillosas. Aun así, desde nuestra terraza se podía ver el mar a lo lejos. La playa no está lejos. 5 min em coche. El horario de la cena es lo peor porque es hasta las 9... y la animación en general bien, aunque alguno estaba aprendiendo y era un poco soso. Repetiría sin lugar a duda.

La experiencia ha sido positiva.Muy bien el alojamiento,muy amplio y acogedor.Perfecto para descansar.Con respecto a la comida no nos podemos quejar, pero se podía mejorar aún más.Me refiero a un poco más de variedad.Al estar a 2km de la playa perfecto el transporte gratuito que ofrecen.Y a los que les gusta disfrutar de disco por la noche.Ampliar un poco el horario de espectáculo.Demasiado corto.En general, disfrutamos mucho.

Hotel con muchas posibilidades por sus instalaciones: habitaciones amplias, buenas piscinas y zona de hamacas; sin embargo, su falta de higiene en las zonas comunes hace que la estancia no sea de lo más agradable, pues está todo lleno de moscas. En cuanto a la comida, demasiado repetitiva y sobre todo a la hora de la comida poca variedad, creo que como consecuencia de que no éramos muchos con el todo incluido y entonces podíamos pasar con poca cosa 🤔. En general creo que falta personal para cubrir las necesidades del hotel y no estaría de más un circuito de cámaras cerrado como vigilancia del hotel, ya que no existe nada. Como muestra, a nosotros nos llevaron unas gafas de sol de encima de la mesa del desayuno en menos de un minuto.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, Taxi sehr günstig um in die Stadt und zurück zu kommen, ansonsten auf jeden Fall sollte man einen Leihwagen zur Verfügung haben

hotel très décevant . informations uniquement en allemand , anglais, espagnol .Propreté en général laissant a désiré . Restauration de cantine scolaire , cuisine fade et répétitive . Pour cloturer tout cela sur nos 2 semaines nous n' avons pendant 5 jours bénéficié d'un service chambre ,donc lit pas fait , essuies pas remplacés,mais le pire nous avons dormi 2semaines sans que les draps de lits ne soient changé . C'est tout simplement scandaleux . Je ne conseillerai a personnes de mes connaissances cet hotel .

Saubere und große Zimmer.Sehr freundlichesPersonal
Wir hatten eine Suite (3 Erwachsene) mit zwei Zimmern. Eines davon mit einer Gästecouch. Es war eine Küche vorhanden, jedoch keinerlei Geschirr, Besteck etc. Die Terassen im EG (jedes Zimmer hatte seine Eigene) waren sehr groß. Auch das Bad war groß. Zimmer sind auffällig sauber und wurden täglich gereinigt. Einmal wurde eine offene und eine verschlossene Kekspackung entwendet (ganz offensichtlich von der Putzdame). Wir hatten einen Safe gemietet der zusätlich 2,- Euro gekostet hat pro Tag. Ansonsten können wir nur raten ein Auto zu mieten, da es ein ganzes Stück zum Gehen ist zum Strand! Am Strand selber konnten wir gut parken und wir haben somit verschiedene Strände an der Costa Calma angefahren.

Una settimana all hotel Jandia Golf é un piacere per il relax. Soggiorno in mezza pensione(colazione e pranzo o cena perché potevamo scegliere quale dei due pasti usare)camera enorme penso quasi 80mt quadri...pulita...cambi lenzuola/asciugamani etc... un giorno si uno no...camera pulita ogni giorno...necessaria l auto secondo me...ma non per questo hotel...per godersi fuerteventura...non proprio un 4stelle top ma ci vivrei 10anni in questo hotel

Nice hotel, good price.
Very large room (in fact it was 3 rooms), looks like an apartment. Just note that the kitchen is not equipped with anything. Very clean, comfortable, quiet. Very nice pools. The food could be improved, but given the low price of half-board, it is adequate. There is a free shuttle bus every hour or so to the beach, but a car is recommended. Free Wifi is not really working in the common areas. Very slow and intermittent. I would reconsider this location for a future stay.
