We also have show-cooking and furthermore we give our guests the option to make a reservation once a week in our themed restaurant like “Asia” or “Tapas” which are located in SBH Maxorata Resort in Jandia or in Costa Calma “Asiatico” in SBH Monica Beach Resort and “Mare Nostrum” in SBH Crystal Beach Hotel & Suites Adults-Only. The hotels in the Canary Islands are seasonally open all the year round and so we try through intensive care, daily checks and minor renovations to offer our guests a 4* and to ensure our guests the comfort which they expect from us. Our hotel is located in a truly heavenly place on the wide, long Esquinzo Beach, it is the ideal hotel for combining relaxation and fun. . Directly in front of the hotel our guests can find a local bus connection to go to Jandia where you can find a large choice of bars, restaurants and shops. Our housekeeping and maintenance are making sure to keep our hotel to a 4* Standard. The rooms and entire complex are cleaned daily and little faults are mended immediately. Our kitchen staff and chef prepare a variety of good quality food on a daily basis. That way we can guarantee a big choice and freshness in our meals as customer satisfaction is very important to us and we aim to fulfil their expectations. Cependant, nous regrettons de lire que cette fois nous n'avons pas réussi à répondre à vos attentes. En matière de cuisine, il est parfois difficile de satisfaire tous les goûts, mais nous faisons toujours de notre mieux et les retours majoritairement positifs nous y encouragent. Nous tenons à nous excuser si la climatisation n'a pas été réparée à temps pendant votre séjour.
