It was a really nice hotel, very big but accessible, very fast lifts. Limited vegan options but I managed to fill my stomach at every meal satisfied and the food was nice. Staff were friendly and polite

Amazing time
I went for a relaxing time and that is what i got, the hotel is clean and comfortable with lots of space by the pool and beach, the food was amazing and the entertainment was good. The price was incredible for an all inclusive so was very surprised at the great quality.

Fabulous family resort!
It was so much more than we expected. The hotel itself was clean, food range was brilliant and the rooms clean and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to accomodate the needs of our daughter who has autism. We will be back as soon as posisble!

This was my second visit here over the last 6 months. The hotel is spotlessly clean, rooms are spacious and well equipped, food is absolutely delicious. It doesn't matter how fussy of an eater you are, there is always something to choose from. Staff is always very polite and with a smile. All and all wonderful place for a holiday by the ocean.

The overall hotel was great but the rooms were well below par.aircon not working. Most staff were great fue not so good witnessed a bar man selling drugs over the bar and he was in hotel evenings on his day off (wonder why). The hotel doesn't really cater for British people there weren't many there and Costa calma has very little to do. If you want a holiday where you stay in the hotel 24/7 than it may be the place for you we will never return. If you go and are offered the Nero wing refuse ☹️

The good side of hotel was staff and area surrounding and that would be the good sides. Hotel it self didn’t meet my expectations. Old rooms and not as clean as you should expect. Paid extra for room with partial ocean view and received room at first floor with view for flat roof ,3/4 building wall and a bit of pool facility . Extra charges hidden in pool towels ,safe in room ,WiFi, drinks after 11p.m etc. 80% people been suffers from virus caused vomiting and very strong headache ,muscle pain but no one informed at reception that hotel have problem with it(kept in secret) .When I asked about it they confirmed there is a virus and everyone ho arrive get it . Food not warm enough a specially breakfast time ,cutlery and dishes not cleaned properly what probably caused health condition others . In the end my holiday turned up to bad time as I been off in bed 2-3 days ,my miss the same after me so all holiday been trying to get cured . Very disappointed and I’m hopping that others have more luck .

We are very sorry that some guests have suffered a gastrointestinal virus, which was also in other hotels. We comply with the normative treatment and hygiene of the fish to eliminate any contaminant. Apart we have official inspections and we have hired a specialist company to analyze our food several times during the month not only at our hotel. Our kitchen team is always careful with our food. We always have products with the highest quality and all our kitchen staff holds a health card. This confirms that all our kitchen staff have been trained how to handle fresh food. We would like to take the opportunity to inform you that the room allocation will be organized according to the reserved category. However, if a guest is not satisfied with the room, we may change it depending on the occupancy of the hotel. We are sorry if you have not been informed about possible additional costs which are published in the travel catalogues. However, we would like to explain to you that there are these additional costs, just because we try to meet all special requirements. We would like to give our guests the opportunity to book a basic holiday and make their stay according to their own preferences. Once again thank you for providing us with your feedback and we hope you will give us another chance to make it up to you and show you how good our hotel can be and standards which you can expect from us. The hotel is lovely in beautiful surroundings and so close to the beach and the town. The food was outstanding and the evening entertainment was extremely poor. The beds were very uncomfortable and I rate the bed linen on a two star level. We got very cold at night and that is with the air con switched off.

In all of our rooms there is air conditioning but no heating. Should one of our guests be cold, our friendly receptionists will be at your disposal 24/7 and will try to meet the needs of each of our guests, for example bringing more blankets to their rooms. On the other hand we are happy to read your comment concerning our food. We offer a wide range of international delicacies with a lot of variety in our restaurant. Our guests can enjoy fish, meat, veg, salads, soup, pasta, etc. and live cooking every day. Furthermore we offer the possibility to enjoy our themed-restaurant “Asiatico” which offers a buffet with foods from Japan, China and Vietnam. Sorry we didn’t meet your expectations regarding our mattresses; please keep in mind that each and every guest has different sleeping habits therefore it is very difficult to fulfil the expectations. We are aware that each guest has their own preferences regarding the beds and therefore we offer various options, such as special blankets to adapt the quality of mattresses to the habits of our guests. Well sited hotel with excellent facilities.
Hotel was "safe" so we were happy to let out granddaughters (aged 10 & 12) move about on their own and do their own thing. The food was excellent and the free drink was a surprise not that we drink very much (my wife enjoyed the Cava at breakfast time!) All in all an excellent choice for our half-term break.

An OK hotel
Overall the stay was average. We booked for a week in an apartment over Christmas. We had a big tree covering the entire balcony (which was very tiny), so we had no views at all. We requested for a change since the day we checked in and the reception service was so poor I had to visit them almost 2 times a day before they finally find a room for us. After 4 days of our 7 days trip we were changed to a very small room. Reception service was very poor, staffs were not helpful at all. On the flip side all the other staff, restaurant, bar, kids club were all great. Entertainment was good so as the kids club and the pool. If you want to use the Jacuzzi, Sauna or massage book well in advance otherwise you won't get any slot as they are very small. I can understand why this hotel has got 3 stars in the review and I wouldn't give anything more than that. Location wise its brilliant as most of the facilities are walkable.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Möbel der Zimmer sind veraltet, aber immer noch funktionstüchtig und soweit in Ordnung. Im Bad duscht man in der Badewanne. Die Poollandschaft ist sehr schön angelegt und es gibt einen eigenen Strand. Liegen am Strand und am Pool gibt es genug, wir haben auch ohne Reservierung zu jeder Tageszeit eine Liege am Pool und am Meer bekommen, obwohl das Hotel zu 3/4 ausgebucht war. An manchen Hotels der Costa Calma bezahlt man für die Liege am Strand. Bei uns hat der Safe nicht funktioniert, daher hatten wir jeden Tag den Service da, der schließlich die Platine ausgetauscht hat. Der Service an der Rezeption, Technik und Zimmerservice ist gut, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Für den Safe bezahlt man 4,50€pro Tag, WLAN funktionierte bei uns auf dem Zimmer super und wir haben nichts extra bezahlt. Das Qualität des Essens ist eher durchschnittlich, aber jeder wird satt und die Auswahl reicht aus. Die Gäste sind aus vielen unterschiedlichen Ländern. Für einen Kurztrip hat es uns gut gefallen.

Le principal point négatif de notre séjour a été le restaurant avec un buffet sans aucune originalité, pratiquement les mêmes plats tous les jours et très peu de choix, très peu de stands. Autre point négatif : pas de clim pendant les repas on se serait cru dans un sauna géant. Basta all inclusive
La struttura è in ottima posizione con taxi e bus vicini e noleggio auto in hotel. Clientela internazionale ma prevalentemente tedesca, la cucina non è molto varia. Quello che mi lascia critica è l'all inclusive, c'è uno spreco enorme e un consumo senza limiti di bevande alcoliche con scene davvero penose. Non è una scelta ecosostenibile per una serie infinita di ragioni e può diventare un ricettacolo di alcolisti se non gestito con limiti.

O lugar é totalmente incrível, comida muito boa, funcionários atenciosos, a equipe sempre participando, fazendo atividades com uma energia surreal. Super indico!!! Quando tiver uma outra oportunidade de visitar, sem dúvidas alguma que vou escolher novamente esse hotel. Parabens a todos!

Cuando llegamos nos atendieron muy bien,de echo llegamos peonto y ya nos dieron habitacion,en recepcion ya la maquina de tabaco fuera de servicio,tuvimos que ir fuera a comprar,los demas dias tanto en el comedor restaurante co en el bar la choza cuando no se estropeaba la maquina del agua era otra cosa,en fin,tenias que moveete a otro sitio para coger.el bufet,pesimo,de los peores y escasos que he estado y dicen que es 4 estrellaa,el snak eacasez y casi siempre lo mismo y parecido a lo del comedor,y por ultimo el bar de la piscina cerrado y creo que hoy que ya nos fuimos ayer le estaban acondicionando para abrir,asi que no le recomendaria,en general.prefiero pagar un poco mas pero tener variedad

Nuestro equipo técnico trabaja para resolver este tipo de incidencias lo antes posible dentro de nuestro compromiso con el cuidado de las instalaciones de nuestro complejo por el cual nos esforzamos a diario para mantener un estándar de 4*. Sentimos las molestias y le aseguramos que el problema se resolvió en el menor tiempo posible.Lamentamos también que no encontrara toda la oferta de servicios disponible durante su estancia. La satisfacción de nuestros huéspedes es clave para nosotros y trabajamos para dar un un buen servicio a medida que las tasas de ocupación nos lo permiten.Sentimos no haberle podido impresionar con la variedad de nuestro buffet. Nuestro equipo de cocina hace todo lo posible para ofrecer una amplia variedad de platos, adaptándose a los diferentes gustos de nuestros comensales, cuidando siempre la preparación, la presentación y la calidad. Como sabemos que el amor pasa por el estómago, ofrecemos a diario a nuestros comensales pescados, carnes, verduras, sopas, ensaladas, pasteles, etc. que se preparan todos los días al momento. Además, nuestros huespedes pueden disfrutar de show cooking tanto al mediodía como por la noche. Die Anlage ist schön und überschaubar. Direkte Strandlage ist sehr gut mit eigenem Strandabschnitt. Es fehlt beim Hauptrestaurant ein offener Essbereich.
