The property is clean and well maintained. We stayed in a family room. It was spacious, 2 rooms, room with double bed and living room with sofa bed. Beds were very comfy. We had issue with the shower room - the water was clogging and it was wrongly slopped - the water was coming out of shower into the floor. Room cleaners were very prompt and room was ready when we were back to the room. Food was a nice but very few veg options.

It was a good relaxing time spent with nice walks along with beach, food had an great choice to eat but wasn't very hot and the deserts were mostly the same each night.

Don't know why people give this hotel such good reviews, probably have not stayed at other all inclusive hotels. Unbranded cheap alcohol drinks. Amstel beer in small cups...horrible. No bottled drinking water, not even for your room,and smelly old towels for your shower. This is the first time I had to buy my own drinks from a supermarket while I was all inclusive

The big minus was very cold water in pools. It was colder than in the ocean! The food was very good. Maybe breakfast should be more various (every day there was exactly the same). Very good hotel with great, helpful and kind personel. Room was clean and in good condition. Tastefull food and good drinks. Bartenders at the top level. The most positive was a superb animation team for kids. Lara and other girls were superb. Kids love them.

Great location for Pico de la Zarza
I stayed in room 721 which had a great seaview and view of the mountains. The eagle-eyed will see a shortcut from the hotel into the mountains. It's a short walk from bus stops to/from the airport. Food was nice. The staff work super-hard and the hotel could do with employing more to ease the pressure. I would recommend.

The hotel is situated nicely for shopping, bars/restaurants and is about a 10 minute walk to the fabulous beach. The swimming pools are very good with ample seating and plenty of parasols. The restaurant is good and the evening meals were varied. The entertainment for the grownups in the evening was poor. Overall for the money the inclusive stay was very good and yes I would definitely go back.

Sadly disappointing service
The receptionist was quite rude and would only speak to my Spanish partner even though they were informed I didn't understand. My partner sprained her ankle late at night and when asked if we could get some ice they said no, that we could ask at the bar but it would probably be closed. The hotel was clean and the food was generally good , we paid for an upgrade for a sea view as it was a special anniversary break. The service was a shame as we had chosen this hotel based on a family recommendation .

Great location
Great location with sea view. Our room 5303 was nice, clean and comfortable for 3 adults. Close to pools, restaurant and bar. Staff very pleasant. Only one negative personal feeling was that all hot food wasn't hot. That's what I be expect from the hot bar. After all, I may recommended this hotel for staying with kids or adults.

The hotel was in a great location close to the beach and town. The only issue would be smoking was everywhere around the pool bars and outside eating areas. I didn’t use a lot of the areas because of this. I live on Gran Canaria and they don’t smoke around the pools and smoke outside of the restaurants. I wish the hotel would change their policy and dedicate specific areas for smoking so non smokers don’t have to suffer. If they did it would be a 10

The hotel was very clean. It was also quite sparse and felt a little clinical. Having said that, they were very strict about mask wearing and using hand gel, which was very reassuring. The two pool bars were very nice and comfortable and very roomy. There didn´t seem to be many sunbeds but I was more than happy with the chairs.

Lovely hotel with amazing food, cleanliness, facilities. We spent one week at the property with a room with a sea view. We enjoyed the infinity pool and the restaurants. We would love to go back. Great location overlooking the beach. Highly recommend

Staff excellent & very helpful. Overall very well kept & clean other than the lift which wasn't cleaned for the 2 weeks we were there. We had booked a different accommodation for self catering as we both loath all inclusive. That came an almighty cropper however. Expedia sorted out this place after a wait of around 7 hours which was very good of them.The food was utterly boring and invariably stone cold. Fish mixed up with the most unlikely salads and everything smothered with peppers. Don't like fish or peppers; no surprises there. The 'free bar' drinks were so bad that the bars were empty of customers. However the rooms were clean and comfortable and perfectly adequate for a 2 week stay. This hotel would suit most but if you're a fussy git like me then.....?

Our top priority is to offer an exceptional service to each of our guest and it is a delight to read that you found our staff to be friendly and helpful. Unfortunately it seems that the experience you made at our hotel did no fulfil all your expectations and we are very sorry to read about the inconveniences of our food and drinks which you described. As we receive guests of all nationalities and ages, we do not over spice the dishes in order to please all palates, nevertheless there is a wide spice station in our buffet for our guests to help themselves and season their dishes to their liking. Concerning the temperature of the food, the buffet is kept warm with heat lamps from above and below. We usually advise our guests to go for the hot food once they’ve been served at the live cooking stations, as some waiting time might be required with the fresh fish and meat cooked to order. Please let us assure you that we will take up these points to the chef right away. We truly hope that you will give us another opportunity to show you that we are better host than you had to experience. We would be pleased to welcome you again at our hotel. Food was very good given the nightmare of serving so many people. It is a BIG hotel. Quite sprawling, and some rooms def in a better position than others. Apart from a noisy squeaking lift the refurbishment has been done very well and there are pool areas that you can find that are quiet and relaxed - if that's what you are after.

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. the bar staff especially knew your drink order within one or two requests. The food was of a very high standard, it could have been a little warmer possibly. I went in February, the hotel was maybe half full missing a lot of room a lot of sunbeds a lot of space in the pool. Usual great that you have to pay for the safe, and the Wi-Fi, But otherwise really liked this hotel and thought it was a good place to stay.

El alojamiento estaba sucio en especial las zonas comunes por ejemplo.... llegamos el primer día y había en el suelo de acceso a las habitaciones de la primera planta unos vasos y copas....cuando dejemos el hotel allí seguian. Necesita una buena mano de pintura.

sehr schönes sauberes Hotel. alle Mitarbeiter waren total nett und freundlich. Buffet war mega; natürlich wiederholen sich manche Speisen, es gab aber jeden Tag ein anderes "Highlight". Getränkeauswahl trotz allinklusiv sehr groß, jedoch wie in jedem all-in-Hotel waren einige Cocktails für uns nicht genießbar. Ist aber Geschmackssache. Einziger Minuspunkt: Wasser sollte rund um die Uhr verfügbar sein. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Big value for money
The buffet has everything you could want. Snack bars too. Clean rooms and very nice staff, often quite good at English or German. Remember to get a room - not only with a sea view - but also with sunshine!

Schöne Zimmer, 5 Minuten vom breiten Sandstrand entfernt. Die Promenade kann direkt mit dem Aufzug erreicht werden. Das Essen war gut aber nicht sehr abwechslungsreich.

Everybody from the staff was super friendly. Food was okay, all inclusive did worth it. Pools were not heated hence the water was cold (even the ocean was warmer). Coffee was terrible. Everything else was great! Recommended!

posizione fronte mare ottima; Struttura grande con ombrelloni e lettini sempre disponibili; La struttura presenta alcune zone che richiedono manutenzione ed aggiornamento: alcuni corridoi che portano alle stanze, alcui punti dell'appartamento e palestra. Purtroppo in alcuni punti del villaggio rimanevano bicchieri e piattini sporchi per alcuni giorni, come se il servizio pulizia non passasse.
