Villa Stay
We stayed at the villa for 2 weeks and we had all we needed the whole time we were there.The owners Paul and Yvonne were very helpful and accommodating and quick to reply to e mails. The villa was outstanding and very clean we had a towel and bedding change half way through our holiday and the pool was cleaned as well midway so all in all a fantastic time was had by all. The shower door came loose but I rang up the maintainence number on the fridge and the guy came out really quickly to fix it so all in all a lovely 2 weeks holiday

Beautiful villa better than the pictures yes you do need a car which we never have done before but enjoyed the island so much more with the freedom of a vehicle excellent communication with the owners wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to family & friends

Beautiful villa
Just departed the Villa after a 7 night stay. Communication with owner was so easy, and helpful, especially at late notice we had to change the party size. Villa has everything you need for a great stay. It’s furnished to a very high standard for a comfortable holiday and is spotlessly clean. Pool looks small on photos, but is much bigger in person. Highly recommend this Villa. Would advise a hire car due to its location. Would certainly return.

The villa was well set out and clean. However there were things needed replacing/repairing. The steps to the pool were very unstable and broke on us once and my husband put them back together. The toilet roll holder in bottom double bedroom fell off the wall as soon as touched. The pool table is very old. One of the single beds collapsed on my granddaughter and a gentleman came to repair it the next day, however the repair was quite dangerous with a 1/4 inch of bracket hanging out from the leg of the bed. Any small child could easily run into it and rip their leg open. You definitely need a car as it's a good half hour walk down to the town.

Hi Carole, Thank you for your comments, on your report to us of the bed problem we acted fast with a quick fix for your granddaughter for her to use, i will be visiting the villa shortley and will replace if needed, the pool steps have not been reported by yourself to us, and this is the first time i have been informed, again if they need replacing we will do so, but they always have movement with people getting in and out of the pool, Yes the pool table is old and has wear and tear from lots of use and the heat does not help this, Thanks for noting the toilet roll holder we will repair or replace, it does say on the advert a car is recommended, and a 20 minute walk into the town, Thank you for bringing these items to my attention Best Regards Paul

Great villa and great communication with the owners , would highly recommended and would return. The villa has everything you need and description by the owners is 100% with everything, the only advise if you are not big walkers then car is advisable if you are walkers then enjoy the walks Yvonne and Paul are great owners and communication is excellent

Relaxing Break with family
Just back from a week at Caleta de Fusta with my parents. The villa was as described and had everything we needed for the week. Location was great but would recommend a car. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend villa to friends.

Great villa!
Just back from a week in the sun at this villa. We are a family of 5 with 3 young children. There was plenty of space for us & the photos don't really do it justice, the outside area by the pool was bigger than we were expecting which was a pleasant surprise. The area itself is lovely and quiet which helped us relax. 10 minute walk to supermarket & bars & further 10 minute walk to the main resort of Caleta de Fuste. Taxi charges were really cheap which saved us having to walk back up the hill! Kids made good use of the 2 x DVD players watching films when it was too hot for them & enjoyed Halloween down in the main resort. Would recommend this villa & it was just what we were looking for. Hope to go back soon! Thanks for having us!

Excellent Villa
This is s lovely villa which is extremely spacious. I would say that you need a car if you want to travel into the more busy area of caleta de fuste. Having your own pool is absolutely brilliant when you have children, Kitchen equipped with everything you could possibly need, and outside dining and indoor dining suit any type of weather. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the accommodation. Definitely increased our appreciation of this resort and the island

Amazing family holiday
Amazing family holiday! My children will have very fond memories. There was everything we needed and it was a home from home. I have been to Caleta a few times, as it’s ideal for families as everything is in close vicinity. The owner made sure everything was perfect and I recommend this property.

Very large villa, owners have tried to think of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It is quite a long walk in to Caleta but we knew that before we booked and had a car. The chlorine in the pool seemed quite strong but settled down as the week went by. There were only 5 of us but is well big enough for 8 guests. Would stay again.

Fantastic stay
We spent a week in this beautiful property early March. The location is superb and the villa is well equipped and spacious. We used the pool a couple of times and enjoyed the outside space morning and evening. Beds were exceptionally comfortable and the whole property was clean. We will definitely return, Thank you for a wonderful week.

Brilliant holiday
We had a wonderful week with friends at this excellent property. It is beautifully positioned with sun on the front all day and fabulous views of the town and harbour. We were able to walk to town daily and took a taxi back costing only 3 euros. Everything we needed was provided and we will not hesitate in returning to this lovely villa.

Very nice, well equipped Villa with great views in a quiet location.
We had a great weeks stay in Paul & Yvonne's Villa in November 2018. Set on a hillside just outside town, it was an easy 20min walk into town past numerous bars, restaurants and supermarkets. if unable to walk uphill, taxi's were 3 or 4 Euros & well worth it. The Villa was very well equipped and stocked with basically everything you would need except food and water. The layout of the Villa could easily accomodate a large family or even 2 families with plenty privacy. Paul and Yvonne were very nice and helpful to deal with, very quick to respond and informative to any queries we had. We would highly recommend this Villa and definitely use it again in the future.

The property is nice and spacious with all mod cons and great views
Had a great stay at Señorío Del Castillo, four good sized bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, spacious lounge diner with English tv channels, pool table on roof terrace. Outside, spacious sun lounging area around pool, outdoor terrace dining area plus soft cushioned comer unit. Did have a couple of slight problems on our stay, reported boiler problem to Pam and Angie and to my surprise a new boiler fitted within 4 hours. Then a couple of days later reported washing machine door would not open, again to my surprise within 6 hours a new washing machine had been fitted not causing us any inconvenience whatsoever, wish you could get that kind of service back in UK. The views over Caleta De Fuste and the coastline are fabulous. Thanks for a great stay in your Villa, Paul and Yvonne and thanks to Pam and Angie for making our stay problem free. Fabulous Villa with amazing views.
Had a great time in Caleta De Fuste. Absolutely great Villa, catered for all our needs and more. The town is pretty quiet, which suited us fine, and there are 2 lovey beaches. We took the free bus to Oasis Park, which may seem expensive, but well worth it. Also the Acua park in Carralejo was great for kids. Great shops in Carralejo too. We hired a car as the villa is about 3km from the town, and it is all uphill on way back. I was nervous about driving on the right, but roads are really quiet, wasn’t bad at all. Lovely quiet area, locals friendly too. Would highly recommend. Thank you Paul and Yvonne, our stay was excellent.

Very comfortable
This is a very spacious, comfortable and well equipped villa. The interior decoration is clean and modern with nice quality furniture. It's very large, with lots of space for around 8 (we were a family of 5 so every child had their own room). The outdoor area is also well maintained and the heated pool is very pleasant. On the cooler days the pool temperature was a little too fresh but on the warmer days it's quite comfortable and warmer than the sea. Overall there are no real negatives except the WiFi speed is quite slow. You pay for it yourself on arrival, it's easy to set up (getting a PayPal account in advance would be best), but there's no option to have a faster speed which is a shame - a small thing really though. Also we didn't particularly like the town of Caleta, it's too British. But the town beach is pleasant, and there are some nice restaurants (although very few typical of the island, for that you need to head out). However in terms of location the town/Villa are ideal because they are central, so you can easily explore the island and it's only 10 minutes from the beach and airport. Finally, having visited many of the other islands, we weren't sure if Fuerteventura would compare as favourably. It most definitely does, it's probably our favourite. The landscapes are beautiful, the beaches are amazing, more so than other islands, and there's so much to see and do. BUT you really need a car, and also for the villa which is about 3 km up a hill from the town beach. Driving here is so easy and cheap (rental and fuel). Overall, if you book this villa you can be absolutely confident you will have a great standard of accommodation with owners who communicate immediately and helpfully. Get yourself a car and discover the island.

Nice Villa. Great for 8 people.
Very nice villa which looks exactly like the video and photos. Comfortably furnished and well equipped. Great to have a dishwasher when there are 8 people. Nice pool for cooling down in. Although the villa Is quite far up the hill, it is an easy walk down into town and a taxi back up costs 3-4€ even for 8. And the views are great. A couple of small suggestions for improvement would be a mirror in each of the bedrooms and sheets that fit the mattresses, as we found it difficult to keep the too small fitted sheets on. Fantastic villa
Where to start!...first impressions....stunning! The villa had everything you could neeed, from books and games to a week equipped kitchen. The villa is immaculate and maintained to a high standard. As there were 3 couples the dishwasher was a godsend as was the full size fridge feeder. The villa is very spacious and the beds are really comfortable. Although situated up chipmunk mountain it is a manageable 15-20 minute walk into the town or sound 4 Euro in a taxi. We have had a fantastic stay and cannot recommend it highly enough! Thank you and hope to be back soon x

Idyllic holiday villa
Absolutely brilliant right from the start easy, fast and efficient booking process, great communication and no question unanswered. Best arrival instruction we have ever had for a villa rental. Not disappointed at all with the villa clean and tidy exceptionally well equipped with good quality furniture, linens etc. The only odd thing was we could only find 1 shelf/tray in the kitchen to fit the oven making it a challenge to cook multiple items, fortunately there were only 2 of us but cooking for a larger group would have been impossible The villa is in a residential area, so lovely and quiet, but only a short walk down hill to all the shops, bars and amenities. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Fantastic property, great layout, everything you could need.
Firstly booking experience was very easy and the communication with the owners, Yvonne & Paul was always prompt and informative to any questions we had. The villa is beautiful with lots of natural light, in a peaceful area and has a great layout. We especially loved the way when you opened the patio doors in the living area onto the terrace it made an already large area seem huge. The open centre leading between the floors was also very nice, letting in lots of sunshine. The way of the layout makes the villa seem like 2 separate properties which was great for me as we had the mother-in-law with us:) . The villa is equipped with everything you could ask for from full cooking facilities, BBQ, satellite tv, pool table, pool, pool inflatables, football, volleyball, board games, games console, reading books and sun loungers. For a bit of privacy the roof terrace is a lovely area with breathtaking views over Caleta de Fuste and out to the sea. Lots of information in the villa for the surrounding area and the Island. Granted the villa is up a steep hill but it's an easy walk down (Mother-in-law is 69 and managed no problem) and only €3:50 in a taxi back up. Caleta de Fuste is a lovely town with some fantastic restaurants, great bars with entertainment (our favourite being The Step Inn) and nice walks along the front! If your looking for a relaxing holiday but only a stones throw from 'the action' then you could do a lot worse than book this brilliant villa.

Beautiful villa
We enjoyed our weeks stay in the villa as it was very spacious, with more than enough room for the four of us. Could easily accommodate two families. It was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need for your stay. The roof terrace in the villa provides a beautiful sea view and it was nice to spend some time relaxing in the pool area. Good location, ideal for food, beaches and entertainment. Bars and restaurants also available nearby and within walking distance. Though the villa is on a hill away from the centre of town, these amenities are still all within walking distance. But Taxi's are also cheap and accessible with prices around 3-4 euros to the centre. The villa is even nicer than it appears on the pictures. Paul and Yvonne provided excellent communication and made the booking process easy. Would highly recommend this villa to anyone. Excellent property, Great facilities.
Lovely high quality large property, it was very clean with all the home comforts you'd hope for. Great outdoor area with plenty of seating and sunbeds to enjoy the sunny weather. The pool was heated to take the chill off the water which made it pefect for relaxing in. Pool table on upstairs terrace was a nice bonus. The villa is slightly out of the centre but it was a easy 25 minute walk down and we got taxis back up (€3.50) which were very inexpensive. The owners were very helpful and I highly recommend this villa.

Spacious villa in an excellent location
Fuerteventura is our favourite holiday resort as the weather is always fantastic. Hot but not humid, always a cool breeze. Caleta is a brilliant place to stay as it's central and we like visiting all parts of the island. If you don't rent a car you'll miss a lot that the island has to offer. The villa is in the best part of Caleta on the hillside so it is peaceful and has good views. We regularly visit the Oasis Park zoo and would really recommend a visit. It's a bit expensive but you could spend the whole day there and it's filled with beautiful plants and trees (as well as animals) to keep you shaded as you stroll round. The villa is large and well equipped and ideal if you have children as the downstairs would make an excellent retreat with its own lounge area. I'm not sure it's ideal for a second couple as it has no views or balconies but there's ample space for eating and sunbathing on the patio by the pool. We didn't use the games console but there are dozens of DVDs to choose from and we took our fire stick to watch Netflix. The booking was really quick and easy and Yvonne was quick to respond to any email queries. Everything went without a hitch.

Tolles Haus mit toller Aussicht
Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt im Haus, die Terrasse und der Aussenbereich mit Esstisch und Lounge Garnitur sind perfekt. Die Küche ist mit allem Wesentlichen ausgestattet, Kochen hat gut geklappt und der Grill eine zusätzliche Bereicherung. Das Pool ist trotz Heizung im Anfang Jänner zu kalt zum Baden. Einen Stern Abzug haben wir gegeben, weil die beiden Schlafräume im Untergeschoß - zuzmindest im Winter - müffelig riechen, was vermutlich aufgrund der Kellerlage ist. Zwar kann man durch die großen Schiebetüren zum Innenhof hin Lüften gut möglich und man hat auch nicht das Gefühl im Keller zu sein. Alles in Allem aber: Danke für die schöne Zeit im Haus.

Fantastic holiday in an amazing villa
From the first moment we loved the villa. It's exactly as seen on the photos and video. The villa was very spacious and is equipped with everything you can think of. There is really nothing missing. The beds are very comfortable. The view from the roof terrace is just spectacular. The booking process was very easy and Yvonne and Paul are quick in responding to any questions.
