"We were in room 4 ,the room above was was very noisy with creaking floor boards ,which affected our sleep as they kept getting up in night. Showers and toilets were noisy when In use and workmen outside started at 8ish on roof. Room itself was a good size and very clean. Beds were comfortable, shower was good. Staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was good. Just noisy which we appreciate can't always be regulated,as it depends who stays. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in London at the B+B Belgravia. It was close walks to restaurants, pubs and Buckingham Palace. Special thank you to receptionist who was there on our check in day and also the day we left. She was very helpful if we had questions. Also thank you to Mohammad who was also at the front desk. "Nice property overall, location can’t be beat, walkable to Windsor and Eton and the river. No hot water the first day, difficult to get a hold of staff as there is no overnight staffing. Emergency and contact numbers were out of date, manager didn’t pick up her mobile phone because they didn’t recognise the number calling, which we thought was odd. Water issue was remedied. No compensation offered. Room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Didn’t hear any noise from street or from restaurant....
