"Three generation spring break vacation. Weather was a little colder than expected but the penthouse and property were great. Quick access to quiet beach area, lazy river, large pool, 2 hot tubs, heated indoor pool, game room, and kids “jungle room” were all enjoyed. Room was in good shape with a big deck that has nice long view of the beach. Kids enjoyed watching pelicans fly by. Would recommend for a family vacation."

"If it were any closer to the beach you would be in the ocean at high tide! Clean and comfy with picture window views across the living area. Relax with the sound of the waves and soak up some sun on the deck. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues, John was easy to reach and quick to respond. This is a family friendly environment, enjoyed our stay!"
